Abstract
Description
本発明の第一の実施態様によれば、組成物は、湿度調節のために、自己の形状を保持する安定なゲル形態で提供され、塩化マグネシウム、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース及びメチルヒドキシエチルセルロースから選択されるセルロース、並びに水で構成され、塩化マグネシウムと前記セルロースとの比率は、0.1から16の間であり、好ましくは0.5から4の間であり、より好ましくは1に等しい。
[組成物の調製]
様々な組成物のサンプルを、以下に説明する通りに調製した。
[最大吸収量試験]
高湿度条件に晒された場合の最大吸収能力に関して、表2のサンプルを分析した。試験は、サンプルを40℃、相対湿度値75%の恒温恒湿槽に設置することにより実施した。得られた結果を表4に示す。
[使用時間が再生時間より短い適用を想定した、穏やかな条件下での繰り返し試験]
穏やかな条件での水分の吸収能力、及び大気条件での再生能力に関して、表2の「C0.5-低」のサンプルを分析した。試験は、サンプルを40℃、相対湿度75%の恒温恒湿槽に8時間設置し、その後空気中で16時間再生させることにより実施した。これらの条件は、乾燥剤としての比較的短時間の使用条件(8時間)、及びそれより長い再生期間(16時間)を再現するために選択された。
[使用時間が再生時間より長い適用を想定した、厳しい条件下での繰り返し試験]
ストレス条件での水分の吸収能力、及び大気条件での再生能力に関して、表2の「C0.5-低」のサンプルを分析した。試験は、サンプルを40℃、相対湿度75%の恒温恒湿槽に16時間設置し、その後空気中で8時間再生させることにより実施した。前の実施例で観察したものとは反対に、これらの条件は、乾燥剤として比較的長時間の使用条件(16時間)、及びそれより短い再生期間(8時間)を再現するために選択された。
[最大脱着量試験]
乾燥環境に晒された場合の最大水分放出能力に関して、表3に提示したサンプルを分析した。試験は、サンプルを23℃、相対湿度40%の恒温恒湿槽に設置することにより実施した。得られた結果を表4に示す。
[再生時間より短い使用時間を伴う適用を想定した、穏やかな条件下での繰り返し試験]
穏やかな使用条件での水分の放出能力、及び高い相対湿度条件での再生能力に関して、表3の「C0.5-高」のサンプルを分析した。試験は、サンプルを23℃、相対湿度40%の恒温恒湿槽に8時間設置し、その後16時間再生(T = 30℃、TH = 90%)させることにより実施した。得られた結果を図3に示す。
[再生時間より長い使用時間を伴う適用を想定した、厳しい条件下での繰り返し試験]
ストレス条件での水分の放出能力、及び高い相対湿度条件での再生能力に関して、前の実施例と同じ「C0.5-高」のサンプルを分析した。試験は、サンプルを23℃、相対湿度40%の恒温恒湿槽に16時間設置し、その後8時間再生(T = 30℃、TH = 90%)させることにより実施した。得られた結果を図4に示す。
[周知技術との比較試験: 閉鎖環境における湿度調節]
本発明による湿度調節剤C1のサンプルを、表1の配合で、実施例1に示す通りに調製した。その後、サンプルを、高い周囲湿度値に対する湿度調節剤として作動させるために、23℃、相対湿度40%でコンディショニングした。
[力学的特性の評価]
本発明の組成物の力学的特性を、ヨーロッパ標準ISO 527-3に準拠した動力計を用いて評価した。実施例1に記述される方法に従って、サンプルを合成し、23℃、相対湿度40%、又は40℃、相対湿度75%でコンディショニングした。その後、20×150 mm、厚さ2.0 mmを測定して分け、細片を作成した。
Claims (8)
- 塩化マグネシウム、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース及びメチルヒドロキシエチルセルロースから選択されるセルロース、並びに水から成る、ゲル形態の湿度調節のための組成物であって、
塩化マグネシウムとセルロースとの量の比率が質量比で0.1から16の間であることを特徴とする、組成物。 - 前記塩化マグネシウムとセルロースとの量の比率が0.5から4の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記塩化マグネシウムとセルロースとの量の比率が1であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 以下の工程:
a) 塩化マグネシウムを水に溶解させて溶液を得る工程;
b) 前記溶液を50℃よりも高い温度に加熱する工程;
c) ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース及びメチルヒドロキシエチルセルロースから選択されるセルロースを前記溶液に加える工程;
d) 10℃未満の温度に急冷する工程;
e) 恒温恒湿槽内でコンディショニングする工程
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を調製するための方法。 - 前記工程 b) を70℃の温度で実施することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記工程 d) を5℃未満の温度で実施することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる、周囲湿度調節のための組成物。
- 環境の湿度を調節するための、請求項1、2、3、及び7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
