Description

ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに対して移動可能である磁石と、
前記磁石に固定して接続され、かつ前記ハウジングに移動可能に接続される制御要素とを備え、前記制御要素を動かすことで前記磁石を前記ハウジングに対して動かす、体の一部に磁場を印加する装置。

前記第1および第2の磁気要素に磁場を印加する装置であって、ハウジングの内部に磁石を備えており、前記磁石は、前記ハウジングの中で移動可能であり、前記磁石は、前記第1および第2の磁気要素に同時に印加される場合、前記第1および第2の磁気要素の間の引力を増強することができる磁場を発生させるように構成される、前記第1および第2の磁気要素に磁場を印加する装置とを備える、2本の血管の間に瘻孔を形成するシステム。

前記瘻孔形成要素が、電極を備える、項目15に記載のシステム。

第1のカテーテルを前記第1の血管に進入させることであって、前記第1のカテーテルは、第1の磁気要素を備えている、第1のカテーテルを前記第1の血管に進入させることと、
第2のカテーテルを前記第2の血管に進入させることであって、前記第2のカテーテルは、第2の磁気要素を備えており、前記第1および第2のカテーテルの少なくとも1つは、瘻孔形成要素を備えている、第2のカテーテルを前記第1の血管に進入させることと、
患者の外部に外部磁石を配置することであって、前記磁石は、磁場を発生させる、患者の外部に外部磁石を配置することと、
前記外部磁石によって発生される前記磁場を使用して、前記第1のカテーテルを前記第2のカテーテルの方へ動かすことと、
前記瘻孔形成要素で瘻孔を形成することとを含む、患者の第1の血管と第2の血管の間に瘻孔を形成する方法。
(項目20)
前記体の外部に外部磁石を前記配置することは、磁気制御装置を使用して前記外部磁石を配置することを含み、前記磁気的装置は、前記外部磁石と、接触面を有するハウジングとを備える、項目19に記載の方法。
(項目21)
前記ハウジングの前記接触面を前記患者の皮膚表面と接触するように配置することをさらに含む、項目20に記載の方法。
(項目22)
前記外部磁石を前記接触面の方へ動かして、前記磁場によって前記第1および第2のカテーテルの少なくとも1つに印加される力を増強させることをさらに含む、項目20に記載の方法。

Claims (17)

  1. 第1の磁気要素を含む第1のカテーテルと、
    第2の磁気要素を含む第2のカテーテルとを備え、
    前記第1および第2のカテーテルの少なくとも1つは、瘻孔形成要素を備えており、
    前記第1の磁気要素は、前記第1の磁気要素の第1の側において、前記第1の磁気要素の第2の側においてよりも強い第1の磁場を発生させるように構成される、2本の血管の間に瘻孔を構築するシステム。
  2. 前記瘻孔形成要素が電極である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
  3. 前記第1の磁気要素は、それぞれが極性を備えた複数の領域を備えており、前記第1の磁気要素の前記複数の領域は、各領域の前記極性が、近位から遠位に向かう方向で直前の領域の前記極性から第1の角度だけ回転されるように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
  4. 前記第2の磁気要素は、それぞれが極性を備えた複数の領域を備えており、前記第2の磁気要素の前記複数の領域は、各領域の前記極性が、近位から遠位に向かう方向で直前の領域の前記極性から第2の角度だけ回転されるように構成される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
  5. 前記第1の角度が、前記第2の角度と同じである、請求項4に記載のシステム。
  6. 前記第1の角度が、約90度である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
  7. 前記第1の角度が、約45度である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
  8. 前記第1の角度が、約30度である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
  9. 前記第1の磁気要素の前記複数の領域は、各領域の前記極性が、近位から遠位に向かう方向で直前の領域の前記極性から第1の角度だけ時計回りに回転されるように構成され、前記第2の磁気要素の前記複数の領域は、各領域の前記極性が、近位から遠位に向かう方向で直前の領域の前記極性から第2の角度だけ反時計回りに回転されるように構成される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
  10. 前記システムは、体の一部に第2の磁場を印加するための装置をさらに備え、
    前記装置は、
    ハウジングと、
    前記ハウジングに対して移動可能である磁石と、
    前記磁石に固定して接続され、かつ前記ハウジングに移動可能に接続される制御要素とを備え、前記制御要素を動かすことで前記磁石を前記ハウジングに対して動かす、請求項1に記載のシステム
  11. 前記磁石は、磁化パターンを有する磁気配列を備える、請求項10に記載のシステム
  12. 前記ハウジングが、1つまたは複数の指リングをさらに備える、請求項10に記載のシステム
  13. 前記制御要素が、1つまたは複数の指リングをさらに備える、請求項12に記載のシステム

  15. 第2の磁場は、前記第1および第2の磁気要素に同時に印加される場合、前記第1および第2の磁気要素の間の引力を増強することができる、請求項10に記載のシステム。
  16. 前記磁石は、それぞれが極性を有する、複数の領域を備え、前記磁石の複数の領域は、各領域の極性が、左から右への方向で直前の領域の極性に対して第1の角度だけ回転されるように構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
  17. 前記磁石の複数の領域は、各領域の極性が、左から右への方向で直前の領域の極性に対して第1の角度だけ時計回りに回転されるように構成される、請求項16に記載のシステム。
