Description
Claims (20)
- 鉄道車両用の脱線検出器であって、
空気式ブレーキシステムから圧縮空気を受け取るように、前記鉄道車両のブレーキ管と流体連通するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、かつ、前記圧縮空気によって加圧される主室であって、主弁を有する主室と、
脱線状態を示す加速度を検出するように、かつ、前記脱線状態を示す前記加速度の検出時に前記主弁を作動させるように構成された衝撃検出組立体と、
前記主室と選択的に流体連通する排出弁と、を備え、
前記脱線状態を示す前記加速度の検出時に、前記排出弁は、前記脱線状態が発生したことを示すために、前記主室から前記圧縮空気の所定量を排出するように作動する、脱線検出器。 - 前記排出弁は、前記脱線状態の発生を示すように、圧力の前記所定量の前記排出によって、前記排出弁に対して移動可能な信号インジケータをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の脱線検出器。
- 圧力の前記所定量は、前記空気式ブレーキシステム内の全圧力の3−8%である、請求項1に記載の脱線検出器。
- 圧力の前記所定量は、前記空気式ブレーキシステム内の前記全圧力の5%である、請求項3に記載の脱線検出器。
- 前記排出弁は、前記空気圧ブレーキシステムから排出される圧力の前記量を選択するように調節可能である、請求項1に記載の脱線検出器。
- 前記ブレーキ管から前記ハウジングへの前記圧縮空気の流れを選択的に制御するための遮断弁をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の脱線検出器。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記主室を有する上組立体と、前記衝撃検出組立体を有する下組立体とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の脱線検出器。
- 前記上組立体は、前記下組立体と流体連通している、請求項7に記載の脱線検出器。
- 前記衝撃検出組立体は、ばねに懸架された振動質量体を備え、前記振動質量体は、実質的な鉛直方向における加速度を検出するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の脱線検出器。
- 前記振動質量体は、前記排出弁が作動される鉛直加速度を選択するように調整可能である、請求項9に記載の脱線検出器。
- 脱線状態を示す加速度の検出に応じて鉄道車両の空気圧ブレーキシステムから圧力の所定量を排出するように構成された排出弁を備える脱線検出器。
- 前記排出弁は、前記脱線状態の前記発生を示すように、圧力の前記所定量の前記排出により、前記排出弁に対して移動可能な信号インジケータをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の脱線検出器。
- 圧力の前記所定量は、前記空気式ブレーキシステム内の全圧力の3−8%である、請求項11に記載の脱線検出器。
- 圧力の前記所定量は、前記空気式ブレーキシステム内の前記全圧力の5%である、請求項13に記載の脱線検出器。
- 前記排出弁は、前記空気圧ブレーキシステムから排出される圧力の前記量を選択するように調節可能である、請求項11に記載の脱線検出器。
- 前記排出弁は、前記脱線状態を示す加速度を検出するように構成された衝撃検出組立体によって作動される、請求項11に記載の脱線検出器。
- 鉄道車両における脱線状態を検出し、かつ、前記脱線状態の発生を示す方法であって、
圧縮空気で脱線検出器を加圧する工程と、
前記脱線状態を示す加速度を検出する工程と、
前記脱線状態の前記発生を示すために、前記脱線検出器から圧縮空気の前記所定量を排出する工程と、を備える方法。 - 前記脱線検出器は、前記鉄道車両の空気圧ブレーキシステムから受け取られた圧縮空気で加圧される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記脱線状態を示す前記加速度は、衝撃検出組立体により検出される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 圧縮空気の前記所定量は、排出弁を介して排出される、請求項17に記載の方法。
