前記第2のメッシュスクリーンと前記膜シートの前記支持層との間に配置されており、それにより前記第2のメッシュスクリーンと前記膜シートの前記支持層との間の接触が軽減又は排除される保護層と
を備える正浸透膜モジュールと、
前記正浸透膜モジュールを少なくとも部分的に封入し、流体浸入及び流体放出のための手段を備える筐体と
を備える、膜アセンブリ。 - 流体浸入のための前記手段が、前記膜モジュールの片側に供給液を導入するための第1の入口と、前記膜モジュールの反対側に駆動液を導入するための第2の入口とを備える、請求項9に記載の膜アセンブリ。
- 流体放出のための前記手段が、前記膜モジュールの片側から濃縮供給液を放出するための第1の出口と、前記膜モジュールの反対側から希釈駆動液を放出するための第2の出口とを備える、請求項9に記載の膜アセンブリ。
- 前記筐体が圧力容器を備え、前記膜モジュールが、渦巻き状膜アセンブリを形成するよう中心筒に巻かれている、請求項9に記載の膜アセンブリ。
- 実質的平面基板と、
前記実質的平面基板上に配置されている高分子支持層と、
前記高分子支持層上に配置される高分子バリア層であって、バリア層内に実質的に均等に分散している複数の層状複水酸化物ナノ粒子を含むバリア層と
を備える、排除特性が向上した正浸透膜。 - 前記層状複水酸化物ナノ粒子が、Mg/Al−LDHのフレークを備える、請求項13に記載の膜。
- 前記ナノ粒子フレークが縦軸を備え、前記縦軸は、前記バリア層に対して水平に配向している、請求項14に記載の膜。
- 前記層状複水酸化物ナノ粒子が、約1:1〜約10:1の比率でマグネシウム及びアルミニウムを含む、請求項13に記載の膜。
- 正浸透膜を製造する方法であって、
実質的平面基板を設けるステップと、
前記実質的平面基板上に高分子支持層をキャストするステップと、
前記高分子支持層上に高分子バリア層をキャストするステップであって、前記バリア層は、前記バリア層内に実質的に均等に分散している複数の層状複水酸化物ナノ粒子を含む、キャストするステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記バリア層をキャストするステップが、
第1のモノマーを含む溶媒槽へと前記層状複水酸化物ナノ粒子を導入するステップと、
前記溶媒槽に、前記実質的平面基板及び支持層を導入するステップと、
前記実質的平面基板及び支持層を、前記層状複水酸化物ナノ粒子を分散させるための手段にさらすステップと、
第2のモノマーを備える第2の槽に、前記実質的平面基板及び支持層を導入するステップと、
前記モノマーを反応させて、前記バリア層を形成し、前記バリア層内の適切な位置に前記ナノ粒子を設置するステップと
を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記分散手段は、超音波に前記溶媒槽をさらすことを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記分散手段は、前記溶媒槽を電磁エネルギーにさらすことを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
