Claims (8)
- 光起電力セルと同じ側にある電気接点を含む1以上の前記光起電力セルと、
バックシートと、
前記光起電力セルと前記バックシートとの間に組み立てられるように構成される封止材料のシートと、
前記バックシートと前記封止材料のシートとの間の導電性回路素子と、を備える光起電力モジュールを組み立てるための方法であって、
前記光起電力セルの前記電気接点に相互接続ペーストの1以上の層を印刷することを特徴とする方法。 - 透明な前部シートに前記光起電力モジュールを組み立て、前記光起電力モジュールは、前記前部シートをフェイスダウンで完全に組み立てられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記相互接続ペーストにテーパー形状のバンプを形成させるように前記相互接続ペーストの1以上の層を印刷することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷の前に前記光起電力セルを検査し、欠陥セルを除外することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 光起電力セルと同じ側にある電気接点を含む1以上の前記光起電力セルと、
バックシートと、
前記光起電力セルと前記バックシートとの間に組み立てられるように構成される封止材料のシートと、
前記バックシートと前記封止材料のシートとの間の導電性回路素子と、を備える光起電力モジュールを組み立てるためのシステムであって、
前記光起電力セルの前記電気接点に相互接続ペーストの1以上の層を印刷するように構成される印刷機を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 透明な前部シートに前記光起電力モジュールを組み立てる手段を備え、前記光起電力モジュールは、前記前部シートをフェイスダウンで完全に組み立てることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記印刷機は、前記相互接続ペーストにテーパー形状のバンプを形成させるように前記相互接続ペーストの1以上の層を印刷するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記印刷機は、前記光起電力セルを検査するように構成され、欠陥セルを除外することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
