Abstract
Description
上述の本発明の第1見地に係る弁配置を、高温水供給源及び低温水供給源と水消費装置の高温水入口及び低温水入口との間に配置し、
弁配置を第2の流体流れ構成に設定することで、水消費装置の高温水入口及び低温水入口の両方に高温水を配送し、
ある期間、高温水を水消費装置の高温水入口及び低温水入口を通して流し、
弁配置を通常の操作用の第1の流体流れ構成に戻す。
前述した本発明の第1の見地に係る弁配置を第1流体供給源及び第2流体供給源と流体消費装置の第1流体用入口及び第2流体用入口との間に配置し、
弁配置を第2の流体流れ構成に設定することで、第1流体を流体消費装置の第1流体入口及び第2流体入口に配送し、
ある期間、第1流体を流体消費装置の第1流体用入口及び第2流体用入口を通して流し、
弁配置を通常の操作用の第1の流体流れ構成に戻す。
図示された配置は、公知の代替案よりも、より便利でかつ信頼性がある煮沸を実施可能にする。前述の実施形態の好ましい点は下記の通りである。
d) 弁配置は、装置が使用されていないときに、高温水及び低温水供給を互いから二重隔離することを提供する。通常の操作中に、高温水供給配管と低温水供給配管との間の2つの閉鎖弁があり、それにより2つの供給の隔離が本発明によって劣るようにならないことを確実にしている。
Claims (18)
- 第1流体入口及び第2流体入口並びに第1流体出口及び第2流体出口を有する弁配置であり、
前記弁配置は、単一操作によって第1の流体流れ構成と第2の流体流れ構成との間で切り替え可能となるように、互いに同期動作を行うように機械的に相互接続された第1弁及び第2弁を有しており、
前記第1の流体流れ構成は、第1流体が前記第1流体入口から前記第1流体出口に流れる第1経路と、第2流体が前記第2流体入口から前記第2流体出口に流れる第2経路を提供し、
前記第2の流体流れ構成は、前記第2流体入口から閉ざされた、前記第1流体が前記第1流体入口から前記第1流体出口及び前記第2流体出口の両方に流れる経路を提供する、
弁配置。 - 前記第1弁及び前記第2弁は、第1三方向弁及び第2三方向弁である、請求項1に記載の弁配置。
- 前記第1三方向弁は、前記第1流体入口及び前記第1流体出口にそれぞれ接続された第1ポート及び第2ポートを有しており、前記第2三方向弁は、前記第2流体入口及び前記第2流体出口にそれぞれ接続された第1ポート及び第2ポートを有しており、前記第1三方向弁は、前記第2三方向弁の第3ポートに接続される第3ポートを有している、請求項2に記載の弁配置。
- 前記第1三方向弁及び前記第2三方向弁の各々の前記第1ポート及び前記第2ポートは互いに一直線に並んでおり、前記第3ポートは直角に並んでいる、請求項2又は3に記載の弁配置。
- 前記第1弁及び第2弁はボール弁である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の弁配置。
- 前記第1弁及び第2弁は複数のアームのリンク結合によって接続された回転弁である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の弁配置。
- 前記第1弁及び前記第2弁は機械的に接続された回転弁であり、それにより前記第1の流体流れ構成と前記第2の流体流れ構成との間で動くときに、前記第1弁は半回転し、前記第2弁は1/4又は3/4回転のいずれかをする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の弁配置。
- 前記弁配置は、手動駆動に適合されており、手動駆動によって前記単一操作を実現するための取り外し可能なキーを備えており、それにより偶然によって前記第2の流体流れ構成に切替えられることを防止する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の弁配置。
- 前記キーは、前記弁配置が前記第2の流体流れ構成であるときに、取り外し不能である、請求項8に記載の弁配置。
- 前記弁配置が前記第2の流体流れ構成であるときに、装置を偶然に使用することを防止するために視覚的に警告を示すものを有する、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の弁配置。
- 前記第1弁及び第2弁は2つの実質的に同一の弁本体によって構成されている、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の弁配置。
- 前記同一の弁本体は、2つの同一の可動弁部品を含む、請求項11に記載の弁配置。
- 前記第2の流体流れ構成は、前記第1の流体流れ構成における前記第2流体入口から前記第2流体出口までの前記経路より制限された、前記第1流体入口から前記第2流体出口までの経路を提供する、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の弁配置。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の前記弁配置と、それと組み合わされた前記第1流体及び前記第2流体を消費する水消費装置とを備えており、前記弁配置の前記第1流体出口及び前記第2流体出口は前記水消費装置の第1流体用入口及び第2流体用入口にそれぞれ接続されている、装置。

前記弁配置を前記第2の流体流れ構成に設定することで、前記水消費装置の前記高温水入口及び前記低温水入口の両方に高温水を配送し、
ある期間、高温水を前記水消費装置の前記高温水入口及び前記低温水入口を通して流し、
前記弁配置を通常の操作用の前記第1の流体流れ構成に戻す、
