Description
Claims (12)
- タイヤ製油設備であって、タンク、上輸送通路、上輸送装置、下輸送通路、下輸送装置、溶融塩貯蔵容器及び熱媒体油貯蔵容器を含み、前記上輸送通路は前記下輸送通路の上方にあり、前記上輸送通路と下輸送通路の外壁には溶融塩液通路と熱媒体油通路が順次設置されており、前記上輸送通路は、上輸送通路入り口と上輸送通路出口を含み、前記下輸送通路は、下輸送通路入り口と下輸送通路出口を含み、前記上輸送通路出口と下輸送通路入り口とは接続されており、上輸送装置は物体を上輸送通路入り口から上輸送通路出口まで輸送することに用いられ、下輸送装置は物体を下輸送通路入り口から下輸送通路出口まで輸送することに用いられ、溶融塩貯蔵容器は加熱された溶融塩液体を貯蔵することに用いられ、加熱された溶融塩液体は溶融塩液通路を通過した後溶融塩貯蔵容器に還流され、熱媒体油貯蔵容器は加熱された熱媒体油を貯蔵することに用いられ、加熱された熱媒体油は熱媒体油通路を通過した後熱媒体油貯蔵容器に還流され、前記上輸送通路、上輸送装置、下輸送通路、下輸送装置、溶融塩液通路及び熱媒体油通路はタンク内に設置されているタイヤ製油設備。
- 前記上輸送通路、下輸送通路は開口が上向きのU字状溝であり、前記溶融塩液通路と熱媒体油通路の横断面はU字状である請求項1に記載のタイヤ製油設備。
- 前記タンクのタンクトップには油ガス排出口、及びタンクトップから突出したフィード口が設けられており、前記フィード口の通路には第1バルブと第2バルブが設けられており、前記第1バルブは第2バルブの上方にある請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ製油設備。
- 気体凝縮容器、気体容器、製油容器を更に含み、前記製油容器と気体凝縮容器はそれぞれ低い所と高い所にあり、前記気体凝縮容器はそれぞれ前記気体凝縮容器の上部、中部及び底部に設置された気体凝縮容器入り口、未凝縮気体出口及び製油出口を含み、前記気体容器は気体容器入り口と気体容器出口を含み、前記タンクはタンクの底部に設置されたタンク吸気口を更に含み、前記油ガス排出口と気体凝縮容器入り口とは接続されており、前記製油出口と製油容器とは接続されており、前記未凝縮気体出口と気体容器入り口とは接続されており、前記気体容器出口と前記タンク吸気口とは接続されている請求項3に記載のタイヤ製油設備。
- 前記上輸送通路と下輸送通路の形状は円柱状である請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ製油設備。
- 前記上輸送通路と下輸送通路の側壁には気体排出孔が設けられている請求項5に記載のタイヤ製油設備。
- タンク内において溶融塩液通路は下向きに傾斜する請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ製油設備。
- フレームを更に含み、前記上輸送通路、上輸送装置、下輸送通路、下輸送装置、溶融塩液通路及び熱媒体油通路はフレームに固定されており、前記フレームの底端には輪が設けられている請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ製油設備。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ製油設備を利用するタイヤ製油方法であって、
熱媒体油貯蔵容器における熱媒体油を加熱し、加熱された熱媒体油が熱媒体油通路を流れた後熱媒体油貯蔵容器に還流されるように駆動する熱媒体油の循環ステップと、
熱媒体油の循環ステップを所定の時間で行った後、溶融塩貯蔵容器内の溶融塩液が溶融塩液通路を流れた後溶融塩貯蔵容器に還流されるように駆動する溶融塩液の循環ステップと、
上輸送装置は上輸送通路内のタイヤ塊を上輸送通路入り口から上輸送通路出口まで輸送し、下輸送装置は下輸送通路内のタイヤ塊を下輸送通路入り口から下輸送通路出口に輸送するステップと、を含むタイヤ製油方法。 - 第2バルブを閉じるとともに第1バルブを開けて、タイヤ塊をフィード口に輸送するステップと、
第1バルブを閉じるとともに第2バルブを開けて、タイヤ塊をタンク内に投入するステップと、を更に含む請求項9に記載のタイヤ製油方法。 - 気体容器内の気体を前記タンクのタンク吸気口にポンプ注入するステップを更に含む請求項10に記載のタイヤ製油方法。
- タンク内の気体を気体凝縮容器に吸引することにより、前記タンク内の空間を真空状態にするステップを更に含み、
溶融塩液通路内の溶融塩液の温度は200℃〜400℃であり、熱媒体油通路内の熱媒体油の温度は100℃〜250℃である、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ製油方法。
