Abstract
Description

様々な医療装置および医療装置システムは、患者の体の部分または複数の部分をサポートするために、患者の体内に埋め込むことができる。例えば、いくつかの医療装置は埋め込まれて、患者の脊椎の背骨または部分に結合することができて、患者の脊髄骨構造をサポートするように構成できる。
[発明の概要]
[発明が解決しようとする課題]
通常、脊椎の弱点は、一つ以上の椎骨を一緒に融合させる装置を使用して修正される。隣接する椎骨に構造安定性を与える埋め込み可能装置を有して、変性椎間板疾患、脊椎すべり症、外傷(すなわち、挫傷または脱臼)、腫瘍および/または他の原因による脊椎の弱点を治療するために補足的な融合を達成することが望ましい。
[課題を解決するための手段]
一つの一般的態様によれば、埋め込み可能装置はバレルを含む。バレルは第1の部分および第2の部分を有する。埋め込み可能装置は、第1のプレートの片側から伸びる複数の突起を有する第1のプレートを含み、そこにおいて第1のプレートはバレルの第1の部分に可動に結合するように構成される。埋め込み可能装置は、第2のプレートの片側から伸びる複数の突起を有する第2のプレートを含み、そこにおいて第2のプレートはバレルの第2の部分に可動に結合するように構成される。バレルは、第1の高さを有する折り畳まれた形から第2の高さを有する展開された形へ移行するように構成され、そこにおいて第2の高さは第1の高さより大きい。

Claims (15)
- 第1の部分および第2の部分を有するバレルと、
第1のプレートの片側から伸びる複数の突起を有する前記第1のプレートであって、前記バレルの前記第1の部分に可動に結合するように構成される第1のプレートと、
第2のプレートの片側から伸びる複数の突起を有する前記第2のプレートであって、前記バレルの前記第2の部分に可動に結合するように構成される第2のプレートと、
を備える埋め込み可能装置であって、
前記バレルは、第1の高さを有する折り畳まれた形から第2の高さを有する展開された形へ移行するように構成されて、前記第2の高さは前記第1の高さより大きい埋め込み可能装置。 - 前記バレルは、フレームと、湾曲形状を有する第1の終板と、湾曲形状を有する第2の終板とを備え、前記第1の終板および前記第2の終板は、前記バレルを形成するために前記フレームに結合し、前記バレルは、横方向および後方向の両方でビュレット形状を有する請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能装置。
- 前記バレルは、フレームと、第1の終板と、第2の終板と、前記フレームに挿入される分割ランプを有する第1のアクチュエータと、前記フレームに挿入される分割ランプを有する第2のアクチュエータと、前記第1のアクチュエータおよび前記第2のアクチュエータを通して挿入される中心ネジとを備え、前記第1のアクチュエータおよび前記第2のアクチュエータは、前記中心ネジの回転に応答して前記第1の終板および前記第2の終板に作用するように構成される請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能装置。
- 前記バレルは第1のウインドウおよび第2のウインドウを備え、前記第1のウインドウおよび前記第2のウインドウは、移植パッキング材料を受け入れるように構成される請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能装置。
- 前記バレルは、成形溝を有する第1の終板と、成形溝を有する第2の終板とを備える請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能装置。
- 前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分は、前記バレルの同じ側部から伸びるレールである請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能装置。
- 前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分は、前記バレルの異なる側部から各々伸びるレールである請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能装置。
- 前記第1のプレートおよび前記第2のプレートは、前湾姿勢の形状に各々成形される請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能装置。
- 前記第1のプレートは、前記第1のプレートがブッシングのまわりに角張らせることを可能にするために前記ブッシングを備え、そして前記第2のプレートは、前記第2のプレートがブッシングのまわりに角張らせることを可能にするために前記ブッシングを備える請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能装置。
- 前記第1のプレートは、前記第1のプレートのための運動の範囲の中のいかなる位置でも第1の取付ネジを使用して適所に係止され、そして前記第2のプレートは、前記第2のプレートのための運動の範囲の中のいかなる位置でも第2の取付ネジを使用して適所に係止される請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能装置。
- 前記第1の取付ネジは、前記第1のプレートを適所に係止するためにカップ形端を含み、そして前記第2の取付ネジは、前記第2のプレートを適所に係止するためにカップ形端を含む請求項10に記載の埋め込み可能装置。
- 第1の部分および第2の部分を有するバレルと、
