Description
Zn+H2O→ZnO+H2
(i)Zn+ZnSO4+H2O→ZnO+H2+ZnSO4
(ii)ZnO+バイオマス原料→CO+Zn+H2
(iii)ZnSO4→ZnO+SO3
(iv)SO3+H2O→H2SO4
(v)Zn+H2SO4→ZnSO4+H2
Claims (10)
- 水素ガスおよび合成ガスを個別の流れで提供するプロセスであって、
a)金属および/または金属塩を水とともに加熱して金属酸化物および水素ガスを製造すること、
b)該水素ガスを抽出すること、
c)該金属酸化物をバイオマス原料とともに加熱して合成ガスおよび金属蒸気を含む混合物を製造すること、および
d)該合成ガスを水素化して合成石油を製造すること
を含むプロセス。 - 前記金属および/または金属塩が、亜鉛、硫酸亜鉛またはそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属蒸気を凝結させて金属を得、それによって合成ガスと金属蒸気とを分離することをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属が連続工程で再利用される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 水素ガスおよび合成ガスを個別の流れで提供するためのアセンブリであって、
水素ガスを製造するための第1の反応チャンバと、
水素ガスを放出するための第1の出口と、
合成ガスおよび金属蒸気を製造するための第2の反応チャンバと、
金属蒸気から合成ガスを分離する分離ユニットと、
合成ガスを放出するための第2の出口と
を含むアセンブリ。 - 金属塩を比較的低温で分解して酸を形成すること、
該酸を金属対と反応させること、および
得られた水素ガスを抽出すること
を含む方法。 - 前記酸が硫酸、塩酸または硝酸である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記比較的低温が1000℃未満である、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 金属酸化物および/または一酸化炭素の形成が実質的に抑制される、および/または前記酸と前記金属対との反応が実質的に完全である、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 分解された前記金属塩に水が添加されて前記酸を形成する、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
