Description
2または3ピンコネクタ、
インフレ−タデバイスの壁と一体に成形されること、
主火工出力組成物と始動放出物を受け取る連通関係にある点火ブースタカップ、
点火ブースタカップの内容物を主火工出力組成物から選択的に隔離するシール、
点火ブースタカップの周りに配置された複数の離散したガス出口開口、
関連するインフレ−タデバイス内に入れられているガス生成剤から点火ブースタカップの内容物を分離する、離散されたガス出口開口におけるブレイクアウト膜、
2段式インフレ−タデバイスの壁と一体に成形されること、
起動された2次火工出力組成物からの出力によって点火可能な、第2段ガス生成物質を入れた第2段ガス生成剤カップ、
主起爆剤および2次起爆剤が、構成要素内で水平着火配置であること、および
主起爆剤および2次起爆剤が、構成要素内で垂直着火配置であること、である。
Claims (21)
- 複式着火インフレ−タ用の構造構成要素であって、
主火工出力組成物と作動上連携する主起爆剤、および2次火工出力組成物と作動上連携する2次起爆剤を備える、複式着火起爆アセンブリを包有する被成形要素と、
前記主起爆剤および前記2次起爆剤と電気作動上連携する単一のコネクタと、を備える構成要素。 - 前記単一のコネクタが、2ピンコネクタまたは3ピンコネクタである、請求項1に記載の構成要素。
- 前記構成要素の被成形要素が、インフレ−タデバイスの壁と一体に成形される、請求項1に記載の構成要素。
- 前記構成要素が、前記主火工出力組成物と始動放出物を受け取る、連通関係にある点火ブースタカップをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の構成要素。
- 前記被成形要素が前記点火ブースタカップを形成する、請求項4に記載の構成要素。
- 前記構成要素が、前記点火ブースタカップの内容物を、前記主火工出力組成物から選択的に隔離するシールをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の構成要素。
- 前記被成形要素が前記シールを形成する、請求項6に記載の構成要素。
- 前記構成要素が、前記点火ブースタカップの周りに配置された、複数の離散したガス出口開口をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の構成要素。
- 前記被成形要素が、前記複数の離散したガス出口開口の少なくとも1つを形成する、請求項8に記載の構成要素。
- 前記点火ブースタカップの周りに配置された前記離散したガス出口開口の少なくとも1つが、関連するインフレ−タデバイス内に入れられているガス生成剤から、前記点火ブースタカップの内容物を分離するブレイクアウト膜を備える、請求項8に記載の構成要素。
- 前記被成形要素が前記ブレイクアウト膜を形成する、請求項10に記載の構成要素。
- 前記構成要素の被成形要素が、2段式インフレ−タデバイスの壁と一体に成形される、請求項4に記載の構成要素。
- 前記構成要素が、起動された前記2次火工出力組成物からの出力によって点火可能な、第2段ガス生成物質を収容する第2段ガス生成剤カップをさらに備える、請求項12に記載の構成要素。
- 前記被成形要素が前記第2段ガス生成剤カップを形成する、請求項13に記載の構成要素。
- 前記主起爆剤および前記2次起爆剤が、前記構成要素内で水平着火配置に配設されている、請求項1に記載の構成要素。
- 前記主起爆剤および前記2次起爆剤が、前記構成要素内で垂直着火配置に配設されている、請求項1に記載の構成要素。
- 前記被成形要素が、前記構成要素を、連携するインフレ−タアセンブリ構成部品に拘束または固定するための、成形材料通し溝を形成する少なくとも1つの陥凹または空所をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の構成要素。
- 請求項17に記載の構成要素と、前記連携するインフレ−タアセンブリ構成部品との組合せ物であって、
前記構成要素を前記連携するインフレ−タアセンブリ構成部品に拘束または固定するために、前記少なくとも1つの陥凹または空所に配置される成形材料を、さらに含む組合せ物。 - 少なくとも1つのガス出口ポートと、起爆デバイスまたはアセンブリに関して使用するための、単一の装着開口とを有するハウジングと、
前記単一の装着開口に装着された請求項1に記載の構造構成要素と、を備える2段式複式着火インフレ−タデバイスであって、
前記インフレ−タデバイスが、前記主起爆剤と反応開始連通をする第1のガス生成剤収容チャンバと、前記2次起爆剤と反応開始連通をする第2のガス生成剤収容チャンバとを備える、
2段式複式着火インフレ−タデバイス。 - 少なくとも1つのガス出口ポートと、
起爆デバイスまたはアセンブリに関して使用するための、単一の装着開口とを有するハウジングと、
主火工出力組成物と作動上連携する主起爆剤と、
2次火工出力組成物と作動上連携する2次起爆剤と、を備える複式着火起爆アセンブリを包有する被成形要素を備え、前記主起爆剤および前記2次起爆剤と電気作動上連携する単一のコネクタを備え、
当該構成要素を、連携するインフレ−タアセンブリハウジング要素に拘束または固定するための、成形材料通し溝を形成する少なくとも1つの陥凹または空所を、さらに備える構造構成要素と、を備える2段式複式着火インフレ−タデバイス。 - 前記構成要素を、前記連携するインフレ−タアセンブリハウジング要素に拘束または固定するために、少なくとも1つの陥凹または空所に配置される成形材料を、さらに備える、請求項20に記載の2段式複式着火インフレ−タデバイス。
