Abstract
Description
非連結システムにより、電気機械は、この速度を上回ったり下回ったりすると遮断することができる。よって、電気機械を十分な速度範囲に格付けし、車両の損害、更には90km/hを超えるエネルギー消費を減らし、電動牽引システムがうまく機能しない場合には、運転手が車両を確実に制御できるような更なる安全バリアを有することができる。
文献WO200735146A1は、電動車両のドライブトレーンの構成要素の速度制御を提供するデバイスを開示する。
文献WO201023998A1は、自動車の速度調整及び制限のためのデバイスを開示する。
この方法は、
電気機械のうちの少なくとも1つの速度が決定されるステップと、
決定された速度が閾値と比較されるステップと、
決定された速度が当該閾値を上回る場合に、電気機械の最大トルクが、当該機械の回転速度を制限するために変更されるステップと、
を含む。
この計算は、各車輪の速度を、各車輪をその電気モーターに結合するギアのステップダウンレシオ(step−down ratio)に対応する係数で乗算することにより、実行することができる。
Claims (11)
- 第1の車軸セットに連結される内燃機関(2)を備え、第2の車軸セットの1つの車輪に各々連結される、少なくとも2つの電気機械(7、8)を有する、自動車を制御するための方法であって、
前記電気機械(7、8)のうちの少なくとも1つの速度が決定されるステップと、
前記決定された速度が閾値と比較されるステップと、
前記決定された速度が当該閾値を上回る場合に、前記電気機械(7、8)の最大トルクが、当該機械の回転速度を制限するために変更されるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記電気機械(7、8)の前記速度は、ある所定の期間にわたる、前記左右の電気機械(7、8)の前記回転速度の最大値から決定される、請求項1に記載の制御方法。
- 前記電気機械(7、8)の前記速度は、前記第2の車軸セットの前記左右の車輪の前記回転速度の測定から、及びある所定期間にわたる前記左右の車輪の前記回転速度の前記最大値から決定される、請求項2に記載の制御方法。
- 前記電気機械(7、8)の前記回転速度が、第1の速度閾値を上回るかどうかが判定され、
上回る場合には、前記電気機械(7、8)の前記最大トルクは、電機機械の回転速度を制限するために調整され、
代替的には、前記電気機械(7、8)の前記回転速度が、前記第1の閾値より高い第2の速度閾値を上回る場合には、
ゼロの最大トルク指令が前記電気機械(7、8)に出される、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の制御方法。 - 前記第1の車軸セットは前車軸セット(5)であり、前記第2の車軸セットは後車軸セットである、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の制御方法。
- 第1の車軸セットに連結される内燃機関(2)、及び第2の車軸セットの1つの車輪に各々連結される、少なくとも2つの電気機械(7、8)を備える自動車を制御するためのシステムであって、当該制御システム(4)は、前記内燃機関(2)及び前記電気機械(7、8)に結合され、
前記電気機械の速度を決定する手段(15)と、
前記電気機械の回転速度の制限を有効にするための条件を決定する手段(16)と、
前記電気機械のトルクを調整する手段(17)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、システム。 - 前記制御システム(4)は、第1のデータリンク(12)により前記電気機械(7、8)に結合され、
前記電気機械の前記速度を決定する前記手段(15)は、ある所定の期間にわたって前記第1のデータリンク(12)により送信される、前記左右の電気機械(7、8)の前記回転速度の最大値に等しい、前記電気機械(7、8)の制限速度を決定することができる、請求項6に記載の制御システム。 - 前記制御システム(4)は、第2のデータリンク(14)により車両のブレーキシステム(13)を制御する手段に結合され、
前記電気機械の前記速度を決定する前記手段(15)は、前記電気機械(7、8)の前記回転速度が、前記第1のデータリンク(12)により送信されない場合には、前記第2のデータリンク(14)により送信される、前記第2の車軸セットの前記左右の車輪の前記回転速度の測定から、前記電気機械(7、8)の各々の前記速度を再計算することができる、前記電気機械の前記速度を再計算する手段(15a)を備える、請求項6に記載の制御システム。 - 前記速度の制限を有効にするための前記条件を決定する手段は、第1の速度閾値を記憶するための手段(16a)、及び前記第1の閾値よりも高い第2の速度閾値を記憶するための手段(16b)を備える、請求項6から8の何れか一項に記載の制御システム。
- 前記電気機械(7、8)の前記速度を、前記第1の速度閾値と比較する第1の比較器(19)と、
前記電気機械(7、8)の前記速度を比較する前記第1の比較器(19)からの信号に基づき、前記電気機械(7、8)の最大トルクを調整する手段と、
を備える、請求項9に記載の制御システム。 - 前記電気機械(7、8)の前記速度を、前記第2の速度閾値と比較する第2の比較器(20)と、
前記第2の比較器(20)からの信号に基づき、ゼロの最大トルク指令を前記電気機械(7、8)に与えるための手段と、
を備える、請求項9又は10に記載の制御システム。
