Abstract

本願は、2012年12月4日出願の米国仮特許出願第61/733,060号に対する優先権を主張し、同仮特許出願を参考文献としてここにそっくりそのまま援用する。
[0004]例えば、米国オハイオ州ウィルミントンのFerno−Washington,Inc.社によるPROFlexX(登録商標)簡易寝台は、約700ポンド(約317.5kg)の荷重について安定性及び支持を提供することのできる手動作動式簡易寝台である。PROFlexX(登録商標)簡易寝台は、車輪付き車台へ取り付けられている患者支持部分を含んでいる。車輪付き車台は、9通りの選択可能な位置の間で移行させることのできるX型のフレーム幾何学形状を含んでいる。その様な簡易寝台設計の1つの認知されている利点は、X型フレームが選択可能位置のどの位置であっても最小の屈曲と低い重心を提供していることである。その様な簡易寝台設計のもう1つの認知されている利点は、選択可能位置が、手動で肥満患者を持ち上げ積み込むための優れたてこ比を提供し得るということである。

Claims (15)
- 簡易寝台であって、支持フレームと、前記支持フレームへ連結されている前脚及び後脚と、前記前脚及び前記後脚へ連結されていて当該前脚及び当該後脚を上昇又は下降させるように構成されている少なくとも1つの液圧アクチュエータを有する簡易寝台作動システムと、前記少なくとも1つの液圧アクチュエータへ連結されていて前記簡易寝台を手動で制御された降下速度で下降させるように構成されている手動解放システムと、を備えている簡易寝台において、前記手動解放システムが、
手動作動構成要素と、
前記手動作動構成要素による作動に際し開放されるように動作可能な手動解放弁と、
前記手動解放弁の開放に際し前記少なくとも1つの液圧アクチュエータからの液圧流体を受け入れるように動作可能な流体貯留部と、
前記流体貯留部への前記液圧流体の流量を制御するように構成されている整流部と、を備えており、
前記流体貯留部への制御された流量での液圧流体の解放は前記簡易寝台を前記制御された降下速度で手動下降させるように構成されている、簡易寝台。 - 前記簡易寝台作動システムは、前記前脚を上昇又は下降させるように構成されている前液圧アクチュエータと、前記後脚を上昇又は下降させるように構成されている後液圧アクチュエータと、を備えている、請求項1に記載の簡易寝台。
- 前記手動作動構成要素は、ハンドル、ノブ、又はボタンを備えている、請求項1に記載の簡易寝台。
- 前記手動作動構成要素は、滑動式ノブを備えていて、ロックスロットにロック可能に着座させるように構成されているばねプランジャへ連結されており、前記滑動式ノブを下向きに作動させることが前記ばねプランジャを前記ロックスロットからロック解除する、請求項1に記載の簡易寝台。
- 前記手動作動構成要素は自転車ハンドルバーである、請求項1に記載の簡易寝台。
- 前記手動解放弁はばね付勢されている、請求項1に記載の簡易寝台。
- 前記手動作動構成要素が使用者によって保持されなくなったら前記手動解放弁を閉位置へリセットする戻しばねを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の簡易寝台。
- 前記整流部は前記支持フレームへの荷重力の印加によってトリガされ、前記整流部は、前記少なくとも1つの液圧アクチュエータからの前記液圧流体の流量を、当該少なくとも1つの液圧アクチュエータが前記荷重力に少なくとも部分的に対抗しそれにより前記簡易寝台の前記制御された降下を円滑化させるように制御するよう構成されている、請求項1に記載の簡易寝台。
- 前記手動作動構成要素と前記手動解放弁の間のケーブルを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の簡易寝台。
- 前記ケーブルへ付着されていて当該ケーブルと一体に可動である回転カム部材を更に備えている、請求項9に記載の簡易寝台。
- 前記簡易寝台は前記手動解放弁と前記回転カム部材の間に配置されているレバーを更に備えており、前記回転カム部材の運動が前記レバーを駆動し、それにより前記手動解放弁を開かせる、請求項10に記載の簡易寝台。
- 前記回転カム部材の位置をリセットするように構成されている戻しばねを更に備えている、請求項10に記載の簡易寝台。
- 前記前アクチュエータ及び前記後アクチュエータの両方を制御するように構成されているモータを更に備えている、請求項2に記載の簡易寝台。
