Claims (8)
- 端部と端部を接して連結された同一のウェブセグメントのシリーズを含む、凸面または凹面の形状へと垂直に構成することができるドライウォールを吊るすための湾曲可能なグリッドティーであって、セグメントがシート状金属のティー型の横断面へと形成され、セグメントのシート状金属が折り畳まれ、その結果、各々のセグメントがその上方縁部で通常の折り畳みで連結されたステム層を備えた垂直な2層ステムを有し、ステムの各々の層の下方縁部でのシート状金属が外側に曲がってフランジを形成し、隣接するセグメントの間の接合が垂直面において互いと比較して角度をなして変位するかかる隣接したセグメントを可能にし、その結果、フランジが湾曲した平面でドライウォールパネルを支持することができる、湾曲可能なグリッドティー。
- 前記セグメントがクロスティーコネクターの収容のための垂直スロットおよび吊りワイヤーの収容のための隙間を有する、請求項1に記載の湾曲可能なティー。
- 前記セグメントが互いとは構造的に不連続であり、セグメントの隣接した端部が通常の枢軸によって枢軸的に連結される、請求項1に記載の湾曲可能なティー。
- 前記セグメントが枢軸中心と同心のアーチ形の端部を有する、請求項3に記載の湾曲可能なグリッドティー。
- 各々のセグメントが、1つのセグメントが他のものと比較して枢動する場合に、アーチ形の端部によって描写されるパスへ隣接するロッキングネジの収容のための穴を有する、請求項4に記載の湾曲可能なティー。
- 前記セグメントが通常のシートから切断され、ステム層の隣接した上方領域が接続したままであり、前記上方領域が現地で切断されて隣接したセグメントの相対的枢動運動を可能にするように適合される、請求項1に記載の湾曲可能なティー。
- 長手方向で折り畳まれて第1の線上で2層ステムを形成し、第2および第3の線上でステムから反対方向で伸長するフランジを形成する、単一のストリップシート状金属で形成されるドライウォールの支持のための湾曲可能なティーであって、ストリップが前記第2および第3の線に沿って断続的にスリットおよび/またはスロットを持ち、前記ステムが、前記第2および第3の線ならびに前記第1の線での前記スリットまたはスロットの間で、垂直面における前記フランジで鋭角または鈍角へと曲がることを可能にする様式である、湾曲可能なティー。
- 2層ステムおよび向かい合った単層フランジを備えたティー横断面へと折り畳まれる第1の連続的なシート状金属ストリップを含む、凸面または凹面の形状へと垂直に構成することができるドライウォールを吊るすための湾曲可能なティーであって、ステムおよびフランジが、分離した長手方向に伸長するセグメントにおいて、ステムおよびフランジの長手方向の連続したセグメントを接続する限定的な強さのブリッジ領域を備えたステムを残す様式で、ティーの長さに沿って規則的に配置された間隔で切り離され、長手方向に連続的な面ストリップがフランジの下にあり、フランジと面ストリップとの間の限定的な相対的な長手方向の変位を可能にする様式でそれへ連結される、湾曲可能なティー。
