Abstract
Description
以下、第1実施形態にかかる圧力調整装置が組み込まれたインクジェット記録装置1について図1乃至図23を参照して説明する。各図において説明のため、適宜構成を拡大、縮小または省略して示している。なお、同じ構造または類似する構造には同じ番号を付している。
<印刷動作>
インクジェット記録装置1の印刷動作について説明する。インクジェット記録装置1を最初に印刷動作させる場合には、インクカートリッジ81からインク循環装置3とインクジェットヘッド2にインクを充填する。マイコン510は、キーボードから初期充填動作が指示されると、インクジェット記録部4を待機位置に戻し、メンテナンスユニット310を上昇させてノズルプレート52を覆う。
図24は、第2の実施の形態を示す。本実施の形態は、第1の実施の形態(図1乃至図23参照)のホームスイッチ700の構成を次の通り変更した変形例である。すなわち、本実施の形態のホームスイッチ700は、リード線711の固定方法を変更したものである。
Claims (5)
- シリンダを持つ筐体と、
前記シリンダ内を軸方向へ移動するピストンと、
前記筐体に固定されたパルスモータと、
前記パルスモータの回転軸の回転運動を前記回転軸の軸方向への並進運動に変換し、前記ピストンに伝達する変換部材と、
前記シリンダにおける前記ピストンによる圧力調整室側とは反対の端部側の壁面に配置され、前記パルスモータの前記回転軸の前記軸方向の原点位置を検出する原点スイッチと、を具備し、
前記原点スイッチは、導体で形成され、固定側の接点部を有する第1の接点部材と、
前記パルスモータと前記シリンダとの間に介設され、前記第1の接点部材の前記接点部を露出させる開口部を有する位置決め部材と、
弾性変形可能な導体で形成され、一端側に前記位置決め部材に固定された固定端、他端側に前記開口部を通して前記第1の接点部材の前記接点部に離間対向状態で保持される可動接点部を有する第2の接点部材と、を具備し、
前記ピストンが前記原点位置以外の位置から前記原点位置側に移動する動作にともない前記ピストンによって前記可動接点部を前記固定側の接点部に当接させる方向に押圧させ、前記ピストンが前記原点位置に移動した時点で前記可動接点部を前記固定側の接点部に当接させて前記原点位置を検出する圧力調整装置。 - 前記第1の接点部材は、前記位置決め部材の前記開口部より電気的接点の一部を突出し、前記位置決め部材と前記パルスモータとに挟まれることで前記電気的接点の一部に前記回転軸の移動方向への弾性力を発生している請求項1に記載の圧力調整装置。
- 前記変換部材は、前記パルスモータの前記回転軸に設けられた雄ねじ部と、前記ピストンに設けられた雌ねじ部との螺合部と、
前記ピストンの軸部と前記筐体に固定され、前記軸部の軸回り方向の回転を防止する回転防止部を有する軸穴との嵌合部と、によって構成される請求項1に記載の圧力調整装置。 - 前記位置決め部材は、前記第2の接点部材の前記固定端の固定部に前記可動接点部を前記第1の接点部材の前記接点部に対し、離間対向状態で保持する傾斜部を有する請求項1に記載の圧力調整装置。
- 前記第1の接点部材および前記第2の接点部材は、リード線の固定部にハンダ付け部または前記リード線の接続端部を囲むように金属板を折り曲げる状態にカシメて固定するカシメ固定部のいずれかを有する請求項1に記載の圧力調整装置。
