Abstract
【解決手段】熱伝達流体の蒸発と、熱伝達流体の圧縮と、熱伝達流体の冷却と、熱伝達流体の膨張とを順次かつ周期的に行うことを含み、熱伝達流体は、圧縮の終了時に超臨界状態にある方法に関する。本発明は、この方法を実装するのに適合された設備にも関する。

Description
− 50から65%までのHFO−1234yfおよび35から50%までのHFC−134a、好ましくは53から58%までのHFO−1234yfおよび42から47%までのHFC−134a(例えば、およそ56%のHFO−1234yfおよび44%のHFC−134a);
− 15から90%までのHFO−1234yfおよび10から85%までのHFC−32;
− 90から99%までのHFO−1234yfおよび1から10%までのHFC−152a、好ましくは93から97%までのHFO−1234yfおよび3から7%までのHFC−152a(例えば、およそ95%のHFO−1234yfおよびおよそ5%のHFC−152a);
− 90から99%までのHFO−1234yfおよび1から10%までのHFC−125、好ましくは93から97%までのHFO−1234yfおよび3から7%までのHFC−125(例えば、およそ95%のHFO−1234yfおよびおよそ5%のHFC−125);

− 90から99%までのHFO−1234zeおよび1から10%までのHFC−152a、好ましくは93から97%までのHFO−1234zeおよび3から7%までのHFC−152a(例えば、およそ95%のHFO−1234zeおよびおよそ5%のHFC−152a);
− 90から99%までのHFO−1234zeおよび1から10%までのHFC−125、好ましくは93から97%までのHFO−1234zeおよび3から7%までのHFC−125(例えば、およそ95%のHFO−1234zeおよびおよそ5%のHFC−125)。
− 好ましくは130から150℃の温度における、食品、例えば牛乳の加熱および滅菌;
− 好ましくは105から135℃の温度における加熱を伴う、特に化学工業、製紙工業、都市加熱における、加圧下での水蒸気の生成;
− 低温放出熱回収、例えば、50から90℃の温度での放出熱の回収により、100から150℃の温度で加熱することによる、工業プロセスの文脈における熱の生成。
(A)40℃における低温熱放出で、熱流体を70℃の初期温度から120℃の最終温度に加熱するための、亜臨界状況(図1による)においてCFC−114、HFC−245faまたはHCFC−123で動作するヒートポンプのもの;
(B)同じ熱流体を加熱するための、超臨界状況(図2による)においてHFO−1234yfまたはHFO−1234zeで動作するヒートポンプのもの。
Claims (19)
- テトラフルオロプロペンを含む熱伝達流体を収容した蒸気圧縮回路によって、流体または物体を加熱する方法であって、熱伝達流体の蒸発と、熱伝達流体の圧縮と、熱伝達流体の冷却と、熱伝達流体の膨張とを順次かつ周期的に行うことを含み、熱伝達流体が、圧縮の終了時に超臨界状態にある、方法。
- 加熱される流体または前記物体が、100℃以上、好ましくは110℃以上、より詳細には120℃以上、特に好ましくは130℃以上の温度で加熱される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 冷却中に、熱伝達流体が、加熱される流体もしくは物体または熱交換流体と熱を交換し、好ましくは、熱交換中の加熱される流体もしくは物体または熱交換流体の温度の上昇は、10℃以上、好ましくは20℃以上、より詳細には30℃以上、特に好ましくは40℃以上である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 熱伝達流体が、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを含むか、または1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンからなる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 熱伝達流体が、2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを含むか、または2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンからなる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 熱伝達流体が、少なくとも50%のテトラフルオロプロペン、好ましくは少なくとも75%、より詳細には少なくとも90%のテトラフルオロプロペンを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 熱伝達流体が、好ましくは1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン、ジフルオロメタン、1,1−ジフルオロエタンおよび1,1,1,2,2−ペンタフルオロエタンから選択される、一または複数のハイドロフルオロカーボンも含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 熱伝達流体が、潤滑剤、安定剤、界面活性剤、トレーサ、蛍光剤、付臭剤、可溶化剤、およびそれらの混合物から選択される一または複数の添加剤と組み合わせられる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 蒸発器と、圧縮機と、膨張弁と、冷却装置とを備える蒸気圧縮回路を具備し、蒸気圧縮回路内にテトラフルオロプロペンを含む熱伝達流体も収容し、熱伝達流体が、前記回路の少なくとも一部において超臨界状態にある、ヒートポンプ装置。
- 熱伝達流体が、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを含むか、または1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンからなる、請求項9に記載のヒートポンプ装置。
- 熱伝達流体が、2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを含むか、または2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンからなる、請求項9または10に記載のヒートポンプ装置。
- 熱伝達流体が、少なくとも50%のテトラフルオロプロペン、好ましくは少なくとも75%、より詳細には少なくとも90%のテトラフルオロプロペンを含む、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のヒートポンプ装置。
- 熱伝達流体が、好ましくは1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン、ジフルオロメタン、1,1−ジフルオロエタンおよび1,1,1,2,2−ペンタフルオロエタンから選択される1つまたは複数のハイドロフルオロカーボンも含む、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載のヒートポンプ装置。
- 流体または物体を、100℃以上、好ましくは110℃以上、より詳細には120℃以上、特に好ましくは130℃以上の温度で加熱するのに好適な、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載のヒートポンプ装置。
- 流体または物体を加熱するための、超臨界状態にあるテトラフルオロプロペンの使用。
- 流体または物体が、100℃以上、好ましくは110℃以上、より詳細には120℃以上、特に好ましくは130℃以上の温度で加熱される、請求項15に記載の使用。
- テトラフルオロプロペンが、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンおよび/または2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンである、請求項15または16のいずれかに記載の使用。
- テトラフルオロプロペンが、別の熱伝達化合物と組み合わせられることなく使用される、請求項15から17のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- テトラフルオロプロペンが、好ましくは1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン、ジフルオロメタン、1,1−ジフルオロエタンおよび1,1,1,2,2−ペンタフルオロエタンから選択される一または複数の他のハイドロフルオロカーボン熱伝達化合物と組み合わせて使用される、請求項15から17のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
