Claims (6)
- 電子ビームを放出するエミッタを含むカソードと、
前記電子ビームとの衝突によってX線を放出するターゲット物質が設けられるアノードと、
前記アノードを分離させる絶縁スペーサと、を含み、
前記カソードまたは前記アノードが前記エミッタと前記絶縁スペーサとの間に配置されることを特徴とするX線チューブ。 - 前記X線チューブは、
前記カソード及び前記アノードを取り囲み、前記カソード及び前記アノードを外部空気から遮断させる外被をさらに含み、
前記絶縁スペーサは前記アノードと前記外被を電気的に分離させ、
前記アノードが前記エミッタと前記絶縁スペーサとの間に配置され、
前記絶縁スペーサに対する前記電子ビームの影響が前記アノードによって遮断されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線チューブ。 - 前記外被は、導電体を含んで接地されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のX線チューブ。
- 前記絶縁スペーサは前記アノードと前記カソードとを電気的に分離させ、
前記カソードが前記エミッタと前記絶縁スペーサとの間に配置され、
前記絶縁スペーサに対する前記電子ビームの影響が前記カソードによって遮断されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線チューブ。 - 前記カソード及び前記アノードのうち少なくとも一部は、導電体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線チューブ。
- 前記X線チューブは、
集束電極をさらに含み、
前記集束電極は、
前記カソードに連結され、前記集束電極と前記カソードには同一のレベルの電圧が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線チューブ。
