Abstract
【解決手段】ディーゼルエンジン車両用排気ガス後処理システムにおいて、下流方向に沿って、NOx貯蔵触媒(NSC)と、続いて、触媒煤煙フィルタ(CSF)とを備え、CSFが酸化触媒を備え、酸化触媒が、白金(Pt)とパラジウム(Pd)とを含んでなり、白金(Pt)とパラジウム(Pd)の重量比において、パラジウム(Pd)リッチとされる。

Description
サンプルA:アルミナウォッシュコート上に2:1Pt:Pd(本発明によらない)
サンプルB:アルミナウォッシュコート上に1:2Pt:Pd
サンプルC:アルミナウォッシュコート上に1:10Pt:Pd
サンプルD:50:50のアルミナ:セリア/ジルコニア混合酸化物ウォッシュコート上に1:2Pt:Pd
サンプルE:50:50のアルミナ:セリア/ジルコニア混合酸化物ウォッシュコート上に1:10Pt:Pd
希薄条件ガス組成物:8%のCO2、12%のO2及び5%のH2O
リッチ条件ガス組成物:8%のCO2、0.5%のO2、5%のH2O、1000ppmのNO、500ppmのCO、1000ppmのC1メタン及びC1炭素種(carbon species)で測定した際に同一量のプロパン(propene)
Claims (13)
- ディーゼルエンジン車両用排気ガス後処理システムであって、
下流方向に沿って、NOx貯蔵触媒(NSC)と、続いて、触媒煤煙フィルタ(CSF)とを備えてなり、
前記CSFが酸化触媒を備えてなり、
前記酸化触媒が、白金(Pt)とパラジウム(Pd)とを含んでなり、白金(Pt)とパラジウム(Pd)の重量比において、パラジウム(Pd)リッチとされてなるものである、ディーゼルエンジン車両用排気ガス後処理システム。 - 前記Pt:Pdの重量比が、1:2よりも低いものである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記Pt:Pdの重量比が、1:10よりも低いものである、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記酸化触媒が、20-50重量%の酸素貯蔵成分を含むものである、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記酸化触媒が、セリア又はセリア-ジルコニア混合酸化物を含むものである、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記CSFが、入口チャネルと出口チャネルを備えたウォールフローフィルタを備えてなるものである、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記酸化触媒が、下流側の端部で、前記フィルタの出口端部により特定された下流区域に位置してなり、
前記フィルタの入口端部が、前記フィルタの入口端部により特定された上流区域を含んでなり、
前記上流区域が、白金系の酸化触媒である、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記入口チャネルが、白金系の酸化触媒を備えてなり、
前記出口チャネルが、Pt:Pdの重量比において、パラジウムをリッチに含有する酸化触媒を備えてなる、請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記白金系の酸化触媒が、Pt:Pdの重量比において、パラジウムをリッチに含有するものである、請求項7又は8に記載のシステム。
- ディーゼルエンジンと、請求項1〜9の何れか一項による排気システムを備えてなる、車両。
- 車両用ディーゼルエンジンから発生する排気ガスを後処理する方法であって、
下流方向に沿って、NOx貯蔵触媒(NSC)と、続いて、触媒煤煙フィルタ(CSF)とを備えた、排気ガス後処理システムを備えてなり、
NSC再生過程中に、NSCからの排気ガスを、酸化触媒に通過させることを含んでなり、
前記酸化触媒が、白金(Pt)とパラジウム(Pd)とを含んでなり、白金(Pt)とパラジウム(Pd)の重量比において、パラジウム(Pd)リッチとされてなるものである、後処理方法。 - 炭化水素の総量が減らされる、請求項11に記載の後処理方法。
- 前記NSC再生過程中に、前記酸化触媒が、CSFに進入する排気ガスに存在するメタンの20〜90体積%を酸化させるものである、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
