Abstract
【解決手段】土木用資材30は、原材料である骨材11を、篩を用いて、粒径5mm以下の小径骨材(小径砕石)11bと、粒径5mmを超える大径骨材(大径砕石)11aとに分級する工程と、小径砕石11bと固化材12と団粒化剤13と水14とを混合容器20内で混合して混合物10を形成する工程と、混合物10に大径砕石11bを混合する工程と、を備えた土木用資材製造方法によって形成される。

Claims (6)
- 粒径5mm以下の小径骨材、固化材、団粒化剤及び水を混合して形成された混合物に、粒径5mmを超える大径骨材を混合して形成した土木用資材。
- 前記骨材が、砕石、再生コンクリート、再生クラッシャーランのうちの1以上である請求項1記載の土木用資材。
- 前記団粒化剤が、アクリル酸・メタクリル酸ジメチルアミノエチル共重合物のマグネシウム塩とポリエチレンイミンとの複合体からなる高分子化合物を含むものである請求項1または2記載の土木用資材。
- 原材料である骨材を粒径5mm以下の小径骨材と、粒径5mmを超える大径骨材とに分級する工程と、前記小径骨材と固化材と団粒化剤と水とを混合して混合物を形成する工程と、前記混合物に前記大径骨材を混合する工程と、を備えた土木用資材製造方法。
- 前記骨材が、砕石、再生コンクリート、再生クラッシャーランのうちの1以上である請求項4記載の土木用資材製造方法。
- 前記団粒化剤が、アクリル酸・メタクリル酸ジメチルアミノエチル共重合物のマグネシウム塩とポリエチレンイミンとの複合体からなる高分子化合物を含むものである請求項4または5記載の土木用資材製造方法。
