- 金型が取り付けられるプラテンを備え、
前記プラテンは、型締時の面圧分布を調整する面圧分布調整機構を有し、
前記面圧分布調整機構は、型開閉方向に対し垂直な基準面からの高さを異なる高さに変更自在な高さ調整部を保持する、射出成形機。 - 前記プラテンは、前記面圧分布調整機構を支持するプラテン本体を有し、
前記面圧分布調整機構は、前記金型と前記プラテン本体との間に配設される、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記プラテンは、前記金型が取り付けられる金型取付部材を有し、
前記面圧分布調整機構は、前記金型取付部材と前記プラテン本体との間に配設される、請求項2に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記プラテンは、前記プラテン本体と前記金型取付部材との間に空間を有し、
前記高さ調整部は、前記空間における隙間を調整する、請求項3に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記面圧分布調整機構は、前記空間を確保するスペーサ部を有する、請求項4に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記金型取付部材は、前記高さ調整部の外側に、溝部を有する、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記金型取付部材は、前記高さ調整部の外側に、その内側よりも型開閉方向寸法の小さい肉薄部を有する、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記面圧分布調整機構は、前記高さ調整部を保持する保持部を有し、
前記保持部は、前記基準面に対し平行にスライドする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記保持部は、複数の分割部に分割され、
複数の前記分割部は、それぞれ前記高さ調整部を保持し、独立に前記基準面に対し平行にスライドする、請求項8に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記面圧分布調整機構は、前記高さ調整部の荷重を検出する荷重検出部を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
