Claims (5)
- 基材の表面に金属溶射を行い、該溶射により形成された溶射被膜に、アルコキシ基、グリシド基及び高分子アルキル基を含有するシリコーン化合物混合体とヘキサメチル系ポリイソシアネートとを1:1〜7の重量比で配合して成る一液型塗料を含浸し硬化させることにより、上記溶射被膜に封孔処理を施しつつ該溶射被膜の強度を増強すると共に該溶射被膜の基材表面に対する付着強度の増強を図ることを特徴とする金属溶射方法。
- 上記塗料に触媒としてチタンアルコラート又はスズ脂肪酸を配合することを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属溶射方法。
- 上記シリコーン化合物混合体における上記アルコキシ基の割合は重量比で35%〜40%であり、同シリコーン化合物混合体における上記グリシド基の割合は重量比で10%〜15%であり、同シリコーン化合物混合体における上記高分子アルキル基の割合は重量比で10%〜22%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の金属溶射方法。
- 上記シリコーン化合物混合体が長鎖アルキルアルコキシシランとグリシド基含有アルコキシシランの混合体であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れかに記載の金属溶射方法。
- 基材がコンクリート又はモルタルの場合には、該基材内に埋設されている補強鉄筋と上記溶射被膜間を繋ぐ導電部材を設け、該導電部材の一端部を上記補強鉄筋に係合させると共に同他端部を上記基材の表面から突出させて上記溶射被膜内に埋設することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れかに記載の金属溶射方法。
