Claims (3)
- 有底筒状の電池缶と、当該電池缶の内側に配置されている発電要素とを備える筒型電池を構成すべく、前記発電要素と電気的に接続されている電極端子を含み、前記電池缶の開口部を封止するための封口体であって、
前記電池缶の開口部内周面に密接する平面形状を有する平板状の封口板と、
前記封口板及び前記電極端子と密接し、前記封口板と前記電極端子との間を電気的に絶縁するための絶縁ガスケットとを有し、
前記絶縁ガスケットには前記封口板と隣接する側に所定の横断面形状を有する突起部が設けられており、
前記封口板の前記絶縁ガスケットと隣接する側には前記突起部に対応する形状で形成された凹部が設けられ、
少なくとも前記封口板と前記絶縁ガスケットとが、前記電極端子から延出する円柱状の部材である挿通部がそれぞれに挿通されて互いに圧接され、前記絶縁ガスケットの前記突起部が前記封口板の前記凹部内で圧縮状態とされる、
ことを特徴とする筒型電池の封口体。 - 請求項1に記載の筒型電池の封口体であって、
前記絶縁ガスケットが、前記突起部を有する第1部材と、前記封口板を挟んで前記第1部材の反対側に配置される第2部材とからなり、前記第2部材の前記封口板と隣接する側には、前記封口板の前記凹部の裏側として現れる凸部に対応する凹部が設けられる
ことを特徴とする筒型電池の封口体。 - 有底筒状の電池缶と、当該電池缶の内側に配置されている発電要素と、前記発電要素と電気的に接続されている電極端子を含み、前記電池缶の開口部を封止するための封口体とを有する筒型電池であって、
前記封口体は、
前記電池缶の開口部内周面に密接する平面形状を有する平板状の封口板と、
前記封口板及び前記電極端子と密接し、前記封口板と前記電極端子との間を電気的に絶縁するための絶縁ガスケットとを有し、
前記絶縁ガスケットには前記封口板と隣接する側に所定の横断面形状を有する突起部が設けられており、
前記封口板の前記絶縁ガスケットと隣接する側には前記突起部に対応する形状で形成された凹部が設けられ、
少なくとも前記封口板と前記絶縁ガスケットとが、前記電極端子から延出する円柱状の部材である挿通部がそれぞれに挿通されて互いに圧接され、前記絶縁ガスケットの前記突起部が前記封口板の前記凹部内で圧縮状態とされる、
ことを特徴とする筒型電池。
