Abstract
Description
本発明の一形態においては、上記凹凸が、周壁部の全周に亘って連続して設けられている。
図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る電動圧縮機の外観を示す側面図である。図1に示すように、本発明の実施形態1に係る電動圧縮機100は、流体を圧縮する圧縮機構120と、圧縮機構120を駆動する電動モータ130と、電動モータ130を駆動するインバータ140と、圧縮機構120および電動モータ130を収容するハウジング110と、ハウジング110に取り付けられ、ハウジング110との間にインバータ140を収容するカバー150とを備える。
図7は、本発明の実施形態2に係る電動圧縮機が備えるカバーの骨格部の外観を示す底面図である。図7に示すように、本発明の実施形態2に係る電動圧縮機が備えるカバーの骨格部260は、平板状の板状部261、板状部261の外周縁からハウジングに向けて延在する周壁部262、並びに、板状部261における周壁部262が設けられる面とは反対側の面から突出した、筒状の第1突出部263および筒状の第2突出部264を含む。本実施形態に係る板状部261は、円状の板部材の外周縁に凹凸部を設けた構成である。
Claims (5)
- 流体を圧縮する圧縮機構と、
前記圧縮機構を駆動する電動モータと、
前記電動モータを駆動するインバータと、
前記圧縮機構および前記電動モータを収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、前記ハウジングとの間に前記インバータを収容するカバーとを備え、
前記カバーは、金属製の骨格部および該骨格部の表面を囲むように覆う樹脂部から構成され、
前記骨格部は、板状部、該板状部の外周縁から前記ハウジングに向けて延在する周壁部を有し、
前記周壁部は、板状部側とは反対側の端部に、前記板状部の厚さ方向に凹む凹部および前記板状部の厚さ方向に突出する凸部の少なくも一方を含む凹凸を有し、
前記凹凸は、前記樹脂部と係合している、電動圧縮機。 - 前記凹凸が連続して設けられている、請求項1に記載の電動圧縮機。
- 前記凹凸が、前記周壁部の全周に亘って連続して設けられている、請求項2に記載の電動圧縮機。
- 前記周壁部は、前記板状部の厚さ方向に見て、連続して設けられた凹凸部を含む、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電動圧縮機。
- 前記凹凸部は、前記周壁部の全周に亘って連続して設けられている、請求項4に記載の電動圧縮機。
