Claims (8)
- 長尺状のシャフト本体を有し、
前記シャフト本体は、回転中心軸を含む回転軸ルーメンと、該回転軸ルーメンの周りを公転する公転ルーメンとを有し、
前記回転軸ルーメンと公転ルーメンは分岐部より先端側が分岐し、前記分岐部より先端側の前記公転ルーメンは先端シャフトによって形成され、
前記先端シャフトは、前記回転軸ルーメンから径方向において離れる方向に屈曲する基端側屈曲部と、前記公転ルーメンと連通する開口部と、を有するカテーテルシステム。 - 前記回転軸ルーメンには、前記先端シャフトより先端側まで突出する保護シャフトが挿入され、
前記保護シャフトの先端側には、生体管腔内の流体の流通を制限する保護部材が設けられる請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。 - 前記先端シャフトは、前記基端側屈曲部と異なる方向に屈曲する1つまたは複数の先端側屈曲部を有する請求項1または2に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記先端側屈曲部のうち少なくとも1つは、中心軸の曲率半径を規定する中心点が、前記先端シャフトより前記回転軸ルーメンの中心軸側に位置する請求項3に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記分岐部からいずれか1つの前記先端側屈曲部までの前記公転ルーメンは、中心軸が第1平面内に位置し、当該先端側屈曲部よりも先端側の前記公転ルーメンは、中心軸の少なくとも一部が前記第1平面と交わる第2平面内に位置する請求項3または4に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記開口部は、前記先端シャフトが前記回転軸ルーメンの回転中心軸を中心として回転した際に、全周に渡って回転の径方向内側を向くように配置される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記回転軸ルーメンには、シャフトの先端部にバルーンを有するバルーンカテーテルが挿通され、
前記シャフト本体が前記回転軸ルーメンを中心として回転した際に、前記先端シャフトより先端側まで挿入された前記バルーンカテーテルのシャフトが、振れまたは回転を生じる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルシステム。 - 前記シャフト本体が前記回転軸ルーメンを中心として回転した際に、前記シャフト本体と前記先端シャフト及び前記バルーンカテーテルのシャフトが、それぞれ異なる最大径を有する回転を生じる請求項7に記載のカテーテルシステム。
