Abstract
【解決手段】DR(デマンドレスポンス)制御システム100の代表的な構成は、デマンドレスポンス実行の前に送信されるDR予告信号、系統制御用DR発動信号及び需要家用DR発動信号を送信するDR発動装置120と、配電系統102に設置され系統電圧を調整する電圧調整装置110と、電圧調整装置を制御する系統制御装置130とを備える。系統制御装置130は、DR予告信号もしくは系統制御用DR発動信号を受信した場合、需要家用DR発動信号より前に電圧調整装置110に電圧を落とし始めさせ、DR制御を解除する前に電圧調整装置に電圧を上げ始めさせる。

Claims (3)
- デマンドレスポンス実行の前に送信されるDR予告信号、系統制御用DR発動信号および需要家用DR発動信号を送信するDR発動装置と、
配電系統に設置され系統電圧を調整する電圧調整装置と、
前記電圧調整装置を制御する系統制御装置とを備え、
前記系統制御装置は、前記DR予告信号もしくは系統制御用DR発動信号を受信したら、前記需要家用DR発動信号より前に前記電圧調整装置に電圧を落とし始めさせ、DR制御を解除する前に該電圧調整装置に電圧を上げ始めさせることを特徴とするDR制御システム。 - 前記系統制御装置は、電圧を変化させる直前の系統の電圧およびDR削減量、またはDR制御が行われなかった場合の負荷の予測値であるベースラインおよびDR削減量に基づいて電圧を変化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のDR制御システム。
- DR発動装置から需要家に対して需要家用DR発動信号を送信することにより系統負荷を制御するDR制御方法であって、
前記DR発動装置は、配電系統に設置される系統制御装置に対して前記需要家用DR発動信号の送信より前にDR予告信号もしくは系統制御用DR発動信号を送信し、
前記系統制御装置は、前記DR予告信号もしくは系統制御用DR発動信号を受信したら、前記需要家用DR発動信号より前に、配電系統に設置される電圧調整装置に電圧を落とし始めさせ、DR制御を解除する前に該電圧調整装置に電圧を上げ始めさせることを特徴とするDR制御方法。
