Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の態様は、絶縁トランスを構成する一次巻線がパターンで形成された第1回路基板と、前記絶縁トランスを構成する二次巻線がパターンで形成されており、前記二次巻線が形成されている部分が前記第1回路基板の前記一次巻線が形成された部分に所定の間隔をもって対向するように配置された第2回路基板と、前記第1回路基板の前記一次巻線及び前記第2回路基板の前記二次巻線に挿通されて前記絶縁トランスを構成する磁性体からなるコアと、を備える、絶縁型スイッチング電源である。
本発明の第2の態様は、前述した本発明の第1の態様において、前記第1回路基板はインバータ回路を含み、前記第2回路基板はコンバータ回路を含む、絶縁型スイッチング電源である。
本発明の第2の態様によれば、一次側(入力側)の回路を構成するインバータ回路を第1回路基板に実装し、二次側(出力側)の回路を構成するコンバータ回路を第2回路基板に実装することによって、より効率的な省スペース化が可能になる。それによって絶縁型スイッチング電源のさらなる小型化及び低コスト化を実現することができる。
本発明の第3の態様は、前述した本発明の第1の態様又は第2の態様において、前記第1回路基板と前記第2回路基板との間に設けられ、前記第1回路基板の前記一次巻線が形成された部分と前記第2回路基板の前記二次巻線が形成された部分との間隔を所定の間隔に規定する間隔規定部材をさらに備える、絶縁型スイッチング電源である。
本発明の第3の態様によれば、間隔規定部材は、第1回路基板の一次巻線が形成された部分と第2回路基板の二次巻線が形成された部分との間に介在して、その間隔を直接的に規定する。それによって絶縁トランスの漏れインダクタンスをさらに高精度に所望の値に設定することができる。
尚、本発明は、以下説明する実施例に特に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載された発明の範囲内で種々の変形が可能であることは言うまでもない。
尚、コンデンサC2〜C4は、電界効果トランジスタQ1〜Q4のドレイン−ソース間の寄生容量で構成してもよい。
尚、「間隔規定部材」としては、特にスペーサ41に限定されないのは言うまでもなく、第1回路基板10と第2回路基板20との間隔を所定の間隔Gに規定できる部材であれば、どのような部材でもよく、例えば第1回路基板10と第2回路基板20との間に絶縁シート等を介在させるようにしてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 絶縁トランスを構成する一次巻線がパターンで形成された第1回路基板と、
前記絶縁トランスを構成する二次巻線がパターンで形成されており、前記二次巻線が形成されている部分が前記第1回路基板の前記一次巻線が形成された部分に所定の間隔をもって対向するように配置された第2回路基板と、
前記第1回路基板の前記一次巻線及び前記第2回路基板の前記二次巻線に挿通されて前記絶縁トランスを構成する磁性体からなるコアと、を備える、絶縁型スイッチング電源。 - 請求項1に記載の絶縁型スイッチング電源において、前記第1回路基板はインバータ回路を含み、前記第2回路基板はコンバータ回路を含む、絶縁型スイッチング電源。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の絶縁型スイッチング電源において、前記第1回路基板と前記第2回路基板との間に設けられ、前記第1回路基板の前記一次巻線が形成された部分と前記第2回路基板の前記二次巻線が形成された部分との間隔を所定の間隔に規定する間隔規定部材をさらに備える、絶縁型スイッチング電源。
