Abstract
Description
本実施形態のシステム1について図1を参照して説明する。当該システム1は、例えば工作機械を例に挙げる。当該システム1は、工作機械の他に、産業用ロボットなどに適用することもできる。システム1は、アクチュエータ10a、制御装置20a、及び、操作盤30を備える。
制御装置20aは、データ記憶部21、専用画面記憶部22、アクチュエータ制御部23及びインターフェース24を備える。データ記憶部21は、アクチュエータ10aの制御に用いるデータを記憶する。例えば、数値制御に用いられるデータには、NCプログラムデータ、絶対座標系における工作機械の移動体のX軸、Y軸、Z軸などの座標値、主軸回転数などが含まれる。PLCの制御に用いられるデータには、アクチュエータ10aのON/OFF情報などが含まれる。
操作盤30,130は、アクチュエータ10a,10b,10cを制御可能な複数種の制御装置20a,20b,20cに接続可能である。制御装置20a,20b,20cは、アクチュエータ10a,10b,10cの制御に用いるデータを記憶するデータ記憶部21と、データを表示する専用画面22aを記憶する専用画面記憶部22と、アクチュエータ10a,10b,10cを制御するアクチュエータ制御部23とを備える。
Claims (6)
- アクチュエータを制御可能な複数種の制御装置に接続可能な操作盤であって、
前記制御装置は、前記アクチュエータの制御に用いるデータを記憶するデータ記憶部と、前記データを表示する専用画面を記憶する専用画面記憶部と、前記アクチュエータを制御するアクチュエータ制御部と、を備え、
前記操作盤は、
操作者による操作を入力する入力部と、
前記複数種の制御装置に対して統一された画面であって、前記データを表示する統一画面を記憶する統一画面記憶部と、
前記専用画面及び前記統一画面を表示可能な表示部と、
前記入力部に入力される情報に基づいて前記表示部に前記専用画面と前記統一画面とを切り替えて表示させると共に、前記入力部に入力される情報に基づいて前記アクチュエータ制御部を制御させる操作制御部と、
を備える、操作盤。 - 前記統一画面は、前記統一画面から前記専用画面に切り替える第一切替ボタンを備え、
前記操作制御部は、前記表示部に前記統一画面が表示されている場合であって、前記入力部が前記操作者による前記第一切替ボタンの操作を入力する場合に、前記表示部に前記統一画面から前記専用画面に切り替えて表示させる、請求項1に記載の操作盤。 - 前記統一画面記憶部は、前記専用画面から前記統一画面に切り替える第二切替アイコンを記憶し、
前記操作制御部は、前記表示部に前記専用画面が表示される場合に前記第二切替アイコンを前記表示部に表示し、且つ、前記入力部が前記操作者による前記第二切替アイコンの操作を入力する場合に、前記表示部に前記専用画面から前記統一画面に切り替えて表示させる、請求項1又は2に記載の操作盤。 - 前記操作制御部は、前記表示部に前記専用画面及び前記第二切替アイコンが表示される場合に、前記入力部に入力される操作に基づいて、前記表示部にて前記第二切替アイコンの表示位置を移動させる、請求項3に記載の操作盤。
- 前記操作盤は、前記複数種の制御装置の1つのみが接続される装置であり、
前記操作制御部は、前記表示部に前記統一画面が表示される場合に、接続される前記制御装置の前記データ記憶部に記憶される前記データを表示させる、請求項1−4の何れか一項に記載の操作盤。 - 前記操作盤は、前記複数種の制御装置に接続されており、
前記入力部は、前記操作者の操作により前記複数種の制御装置の中から選択された表示対象装置を入力し、
前記操作制御部は、前記表示部に前記統一画面が表示されている場合に、前記複数種の制御装置のうち前記表示対象装置に対応する前記制御装置の前記データ記憶部に記憶される前記データを表示させる、
請求項1−4の何れか一項に記載の操作盤。
