Description
Claims (13)
- 2つの流入通路と少なくとも1つの第1の流出通路とを有するベースピースを収容するヘッドピースと、
回動可能に支持されるスピンドルを介して、回動不能に配置される通流ディスクに対して相対回動可能とされている制御ディスクを有するディスク制御部と、
を備え、取水用に第2の流出通路が配置されている、
衛生器具用の弁上側部分であって、
前記制御ディスク(3)に接続通路(31)が設けられており、前記接続通路(31)を介して第1の流入通路(51)と前記第1の流出通路(53)とが、前記通流ディスク(4)に対して相対的な前記制御ディスク(3)の一回動位置で接続可能である、
ことを特徴とする、弁上側部分。 - 前記接続通路(31)は、円弧状に形成されている、請求項1に記載の弁上側部分。
- 前記第2の流出通路は、前記ヘッドピース(1)に設けられた少なくとも1つの側方の窓(11)により形成されており、前記制御ディスク(3)には、切欠き(32)が設けられており、前記切欠き(32)を介して第2の流入通路(52)は、前記ヘッドピース(1)の前記側方の窓(11)に、前記制御ディスク(3)の一回動位置で接続可能である、請求項1又は2に記載の弁上側部分。
- 前記第2の流出通路(54)は、前記第1の流出通路(53)に対して付加的に前記ベースピース(5)に配置されており、前記制御ディスクには、2つの接続通路(31)が設けられており、前記接続通路(31)を介して前記第1の流入通路(51)と前記第1の流出通路(53)とは、前記通流ディスク(4)に対して相対的な前記制御ディスク(3)の一回動位置で接続可能であり、前記第2の流入通路(52)と前記第2の流出通路(54)とは、前記通流ディスク(4)に対して相対的な前記制御ディスク(3)の一回動位置で接続可能である、請求項1又は2に記載の弁上側部分。
- 前記接続通路(31)及び前記切欠き(32)あるいは両前記接続通路(31)は、前記通流ディスク(4)に対して相対的な前記制御ディスク(3)の一回動位置で前記第1の流入通路(51)が閉鎖されている一方、前記第2の流出通路(54)が少なくとも部分的に前記第2の流入通路(52)に接続されており、別の一回動位置では前記第1の流入通路(51)と前記第2の流入通路(52)とが閉鎖されているように、前記制御ディスク(3)に配置されている、請求項3又は4に記載の弁上側部分。
- 前記通流ディスク(4)は、前記通流ディスク(4)の、前記制御ディスク(3)に対面した側に凹部(44)を有し、前記凹部(44)は、前記通流ディスク(4)の中心を取り巻く中央領域を少なくとも一方の側で周面(45)に接続する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の弁上側部分。
- 前記凹部(44)は、前記通流ディスク(4)の周面(45)を、互いに間隔を置いて配置された2つの箇所で貫き、前記通流ディスク(4)の中央領域を通るように形成されている、請求項6に記載の弁上側部分。
- 前記周面(45)の、互いに間隔を置いて配置された2つの箇所は、互いに反対側に配置されている、請求項7に記載の弁上側部分。
- 前記ヘッドピース(1)は、金属、好ましくは黄銅から製造されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の弁上側部分。
- 前記ヘッドピース(1)内に、前記スピンドル(2)の回動を所定の回動角に制限する2つのストッパ(15)が配置されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の弁上側部分。
- 前記スピンドル(2)は、扇形の区分(28)を有し、前記扇形の区分(28)は、互いに角度をなして延びる2つの真っ直ぐな側面(29)を有し、両前記側面(29)は、前記ヘッドピース(1)のそれぞれ1つのストッパ(15)に当接可能であり、これにより前記スピンドル(2)の回動角は、制限されている、請求項10に記載の弁上側部分。
- 前記側面(29)は、45°の角度をなしており、前記スピンドル(2)の最大の回動角が45°に制限されているように前記ヘッドピースの前記ストッパ(15)と協働する、請求項11に記載の弁上側部分。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の弁上側部分を収容する弁座を備える衛生器具であって、前記弁座(7)は、水道水流入接続部(71)並びにフィルタモジュール流入接続部(72)及びフィルタモジュール流出接続部(73)を有し、前記水道水流入接続部(71)は、前記弁上側部分の前記ベースピース(5)の前記第1の流入通路(51)に、前記フィルタモジュール流入接続部(72)は、前記弁上側部分の前記ベースピース(5)の前記第1の流出通路(53)に、前記フィルタモジュール流出接続部(73)は、前記弁上側部分の前記ベースピース(5)の前記第2の流入通路(52)に接続されていることを特徴とする、衛生器具。
