Claims (11)
- 自動車に供する排気ガス再循環システムのための排気ガス冷却器であって、全体の冷却パワー(PG)および全体の圧力損失係数(DG)を有し、
少なくとも1つの冷却ダクト(22,22’)と少なくとも1つの追加ダクト(24,24’)とを有する少なくとも1つの冷却部(20,20’)、
少なくとも1つの冷却部(20,20’)をバイパスする少なくとも1つのバイパス経路、および、
少なくとも1つの閉塞部材(42)を有する排気ガス経路制御装置(40)、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの冷却ダクト(22,22’)は第1の冷却パワー(P1)および第1の圧力損失係数(D1)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの追加ダクト(24,24’)は第2の冷却パワー(P2)および第2の圧力損失係数(D2)を備え、
第1の冷却パワー(P1)は第2の冷却パワー(P2)よりも大きく、かつ、第1の圧力損失係数(D1)は第2の圧力損失係数(D2)よりも大きく、
前記閉塞部材(42)が前記追加ダクト(24,24’)における排気ガスの流れを妨げるときに、全体の冷却パワー(PG)と全体の圧力損失係数(DG)を増大させる、
排気ガス冷却器。 - 前記排気ガス経路制御装置(40)は、平行に走り、かつ排気ガスがそれぞれ独立に流されるのに適した少なくとも2つの管(44,46)を備え、
第1の管(44)は冷却ダクト(22,22’)に接続され、第2の管(46)は追加ダクト(24,24’)に接続され、閉塞部材(42)が第2の管(46)の内部に配置されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載された排気ガス冷却器。 - 2つの前記冷却部(20,20’)が、前記排気ガス経路制御装置(40)を経由して接続されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載された排気ガス冷却器。 - 前記冷却部(20,20’)は、前記排気ガス経路制御装置(40)と係合する接続面(30)を形成するために互いに同一平面上に配置されていることを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載された排気ガス冷却器。 - 前記閉塞部材(42)は、前記少なくとも1つの冷却部(20,20’)の前記追加ダクト(24,24’)を閉塞することを特徴とする、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載された排気ガス冷却器。 - 流入方向(E)が流出方向(A)と平行となっており、流入方向(E)は流出方向(A)に対して逆の方向に延びていることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載された排気ガス冷却器。 - 前記冷却ダクト(22,22’)は冷却部材を備えており、当該冷却部材は波状に形成され、かつ前記冷却ダクト(22,22’)の全長に亘って延びていることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載された排気ガス冷却器。 - 前記冷却ダクト(22,22’)と前記追加ダクト(24,24’)は、同一の断面を有することを特徴とする、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載された排気ガス冷却器。 - 前記断面は、前記冷却ダクト(22,22’)および前記追加ダクト(24,24’)の少なくともいずれかのダクトの全長に亘って一定であることを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載された排気ガス冷却器。 - 前記断面は、長方形であることを特徴とする、
請求項8または9に記載された排気ガス冷却器。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載された排気ガス冷却器を備えた、排気ガス再循環システム。
