Claims (6)

  1. 容器に収容された発泡性飲料であって、
    前記容器の空寸部内における窒素ガス圧を20℃で測定して得られる窒素含有量が20ppm以上であり、
    エキス(w/v%)に対する前記窒素含有量(ppm)の比率が28.0未満である
    ことを特徴とする発泡性飲料。
  2. 前記エキスが1.20w/v%以上である
    ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発泡性飲料。
  3. NIBEM値が240秒以上である
    ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の発泡性飲料。
  4. 容量が1L以下の前記容器に収容されている
    ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至のいずれかに記載の発泡性飲料。
  5. 容器に収容された発泡性飲料の製造方法であって
    前記容器の空寸部内における窒素ガス圧を20℃で測定して得られる窒素含有量が20ppm以上であり、エキス(w/v%)に対する前記窒素含有量(ppm)の比率が28.0未満である前記発泡性飲料を製造する
    ことを特徴とする発泡性飲料の製造方法。
  6. 発泡性飲料のエキス(w/v%)に対する窒素含有量(ppm)の比率を28.0未満に調節することにより、前記発泡性飲料の泡特性を向上させる
    ことを特徴とする方法。
