Abstract
Description
以下に、本発明の吸音材について実施した引張強度試験の方法、およびその結果を示す。
〔第一の不織布〕
繊維材料:PET短繊維(繊維長:約51mm)
目付:300g/m2
厚み:10mm
〔第二の不織布〕
繊維材料:PET長繊維
目付:50g/m2、20g/m2、および10g/m2
厚み:0.5mm
以下に、本発明の吸音材について実施した吸音性能試験の方法、およびその結果を示す。
〔第一の不織布〕
繊維材料:PET短繊維(繊維長:約51mm)
目付:300g/m2
厚み:10mm
〔第二の不織布〕
繊維材料:PET長繊維
通気量:5〜60cm3/cm2・s

Claims (8)
- 厚み方向に重ねられた二枚の第一の不織布と、
前記二枚の第一の不織布の間に配置される第二の不織布と、を有し、
前記第二の不織布は、その厚み方向の端面の一部に、接着剤または融着手段により繊維が互いに結合された固着部を有することを特徴とする吸音材。 - 前記固着部は、少なくとも一方の前記端面の全面にわたって所定の間隔おきに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音材。
- 前記第二の不織布は薄膜状の不織布であり、
前記固着部は、エンボスロールを用いて熱融着により形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吸音材。 - 前記第一の不織布および前記第二の不織布の積層体は、厚み方向に直交する方向の引張強度が10N/25mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の吸音材。
- 前記第二の不織布が長繊維からなることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の吸音材。
- 前記第一の不織布および前記第二の不織布の積層体の通気量は5〜50cm3/cm2・sの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の吸音材。
- 前記第二の不織布は、前記第一の不織布よりも厚みが小さいことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の吸音材。
- ワイヤーハーネスの軸方向の少なくとも一部が請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の吸音材に覆われることにより、前記吸音材と前記ワイヤーハーネスとが一体化されていることを特徴とする吸音材付きワイヤーハーネス。
