Claims (4)
- 一次側からの高圧の流体を減圧して二次側に送り出す絞り装置であって、
弁ポートを有するとともに一次側の空間と二次側の空間とを仕切って設けられる弁座部材と、
前記弁座部材よりも二次側から前記弁ポートに臨んで該弁ポートの開度を可変にする弁体と、
前記弁体を内挿するとともに前記弁座部材に対して該弁体を進退案内する筒状のガイド部材と、
を備え、
前記弁体及び前記ガイド部材には、所定の隙間を介して対向するとともに互いに摺接可能な摺接面がそれぞれ形成され、前記隙間は、前記弁ポートから二次側に向かって流体を流通させる流路とされ、
前記弁体及び前記ガイド部材の少なくとも一方における前記摺接面には、他方の摺接面から離れる方向に凹んで前記流路の幅寸法を拡大する流路拡大部が形成されていることを特徴とする絞り装置。 - 前記流路拡大部は、前記弁体及び前記ガイド部材の周方向に連続する凹溝によって構成されるか、又は、前記弁体及び前記ガイド部材の周方向に沿って等間隔で形成される複数の凹部によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絞り装置。
- 前記ガイド部材内に配置されて前記弁体を前記弁ポート側に付勢するばね部材をさらに備え、
一次側の高圧の流体と二次側の低圧の流体との圧力差によって前記ばね部材を変形させつつ前記弁体を移動させることで、前記弁ポートの開度が変更されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の絞り装置。 - 流体である冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、圧縮した冷媒を凝縮する凝縮器と、凝縮した冷媒を膨張させて減圧する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の絞り装置と、減圧した冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器と、を備えたことを特徴とする冷凍サイクルシステム。
