Claims (6)
- アルミ軽合金からなるハウジングと、
このハウジングに取り付けられた電動モータと、
この電動モータの回転力を、モータ軸を介して伝達する減速機構と、
この減速機構を介して前記電動モータの回転運動を駆動軸の軸方向の直線運動に変換するボールねじ機構とを備え、
このボールねじ機構が、前記ハウジングに装着された支持軸受を介して回転可能に、かつ軸方向移動不可に支持され、内周に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成されたナットと、
このナットに多数のボールを介して内挿され、前記駆動軸と同軸状に一体化され、外周に前記ナットのねじ溝に対応する螺旋状のねじ溝が形成されたねじ軸とで構成されると共に、
前記ハウジングに形成された前記ねじ軸を収容する袋孔に円筒状のスリーブが嵌合され、
このスリーブの内周に軸方向に延び、対向する位置に一対の凹溝が形成されて前記ねじ軸の端部に植設されたガイドピンが係合され、前記ねじ軸が前記ハウジングに対して回転不可に、かつ軸方向移動可能に支持された電動アクチュエータにおいて、
前記ハウジングの袋孔の開口部に環状溝が形成され、この環状溝に装着された穴用の止め輪によって前記スリーブが軸方向に位置決め固定されると共に、
前記止め輪が、周方向に対向する切欠き部の内周に、脱着治具を係止させるための凹所が形成され、この凹所が所定の曲率半径からなる円弧部と、この円弧部から接線方向に延びる平坦部を備え、その開口部の寸法が前記円弧部の直径よりも小さく設定されていることを特徴とする電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記止め輪が、切欠き部を中心に左右対称となる位置に少なくとも一箇所に頂点を有する湾曲部が形成され、前記スリーブが押圧された状態で抜け止めされている請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記止め輪の凹所が、半円以上の円弧部と、この円弧部から接線方向に延びる平坦部を備え、前記円弧部の中心の水平線から前記平坦部に対向する開口部までの角度が110°〜130°の範囲に設定されている請求項1または2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記止め輪の凹所が、半円の円弧部と、この円弧部から接線方向に延びる平坦部を備え、前記円弧部の中心の水平線から前記平坦部に対向する開口部までが平坦面に形成されている請求項1または2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記止め輪の切欠き部の外径側の角部が鈍角に形成されている請求項1乃至4いずれかに記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記スリーブがMIMによって成形される焼結合金で形成されている請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
