Abstract
Description
図1ないし図9は、本発明の耐摩耗ライニング材の第1実施形態を示しており、図1(A)に示す耐摩耗ライニング材11は、図1(B)(C)に示すように、例えば、鉄鉱石等の物体を受入れるホッパー12の内側面を被うように取付けて使用することができ、ホッパー12に投入される鉄鉱石等の物体を受けることにより、該ホッパーの表面を保護し、摩耗を防止する。
上述した第1実施形態に係る耐摩耗ライニング材11の製造方法を図7ないし図9に示している。
図10及び図11は、本発明の耐摩耗ライニング材の第2実施形態を示しており、硬質ピース16は、直方体形状に形成されている。従って、硬質ピース16の頂壁は、平坦面に形成されており、上述した第1実施形態のようなアーチ状に形成していない。
図12は、本発明の耐摩耗ライニング材の第3実施形態を示しており、耐摩耗ライニング材11は、フレキシブルに構成されており、上述した第1実施形態及び第2実施形態のような金属支持版13を設けていない。
図13は、本発明の耐摩耗ライニング材の第4実施形態を示している。第4実施形態に特有の構成は、硬質ピース16の突起に関するものであるから、硬質ピース16だけを図示している。

Claims (5)
- 加硫ゴムから成る弾性基層(14)と、該弾性基層の上に縦横に配置された複数の耐摩耗性の硬質ピース(16)と、隣り合う硬質ピースの側壁の間の隙間(15)に充填された加硫ゴムから成る目地(18)を備え、前記硬質ピースを前記弾性基層及び目地に接着して成る耐摩耗ライニング材であり、前記耐摩耗ライニング材は、板状の未加硫ゴム素材(14M)と該ゴム素材の上に前記隙間(15)をあけて配置した硬質ピース(16)を金型内で加熱加圧し、前記ゴム素材を加硫すると共に前記隙間に充填することにより前記弾性基層(14)と目地(18)を形成して成る構成において、
前記耐摩耗性の硬質ピース(16)の各々は、各側壁に少なくとも1個の突起(19)を設け、該突起を隣り合う硬質ピースの側壁に当接することにより、前記隙間(15)を所定幅(g)となるように形成し、該隙間に前記目地(18)を形成しており、
前記目地(18)の内部に該突起(19)を埋入して成ることを特徴とする耐摩耗ライニング材。 - 前記硬質ピース(16)は、横断面を矩形に形成することにより4側面に側壁(16b,16b)(16c,16c)を備え、各側壁に1個の突起(19)を設け、
前記側壁の各々は、該側壁の中央の左右両側部のうち、特定の一方の側部に前記突起(19)を設け、他方の側部に受面(20)を形成し、
隣り合う硬質ピースの側壁の間において、一方の硬質ピースの突起(19)が他方の硬質ピースの対応する受面(20)に当接することにより、隣り合う硬質ピース(16)(16)の側壁をそれぞれの突起(19)と受面(20)により互い違いに接合して成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐摩耗ライニング材。 - 前記硬質ピース(16)は、横断面を矩形に形成され、対向する第1組の側壁(16b,16b)の中央を交差するX軸と、対向する第2組の側壁(16c,16c)の中央を交差するY軸に関し、第1組の側壁(16b)(16b)の間で上向きに円弧状に膨出する頂壁(16d)を形成すると共に、第2組の側壁(16c,16c)を前記頂壁(16d)に連なるように延長しており、
弾性基層(14)の上に前記X軸方向及びY軸方向に硬質ピースを配置することにより、隣り合う硬質ピースの頂壁(16d)(16d)の間に谷部(23)を形成し、該硬質ピースの上に被せられたゴムから成る上層(17)を前記谷部(23)に充填すると共に前記目地(18)と一体化して成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の耐摩耗ライニング材。 - 前記弾性基層(14)の下面に金属支持板(13)を固着し、該金属支持板の周囲に起立壁(21)を設けており、
前記起立壁(21)に臨む硬質ピース(16)は、側壁に設けられた突起(19)を前記起立壁(21)に当接することにより、該側壁と起立壁の間に周囲隙間(15a)を形成し、前記周囲隙間に充填成形されたゴムにより周囲目地(18a)を形成すると共に、該周囲目地(18a)の内部に前記突起(19)を埋入して成ることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の耐摩耗ライニング材。 - 前記硬質ピース(16)は、横断面を矩形に形成することにより4側面に側壁を備え、各側壁の上方に開口する下少なくとも1個の溝(26)と、該溝に嵌入させられるキー(27)を設け、
隣り合う硬質ピース(16)(16)の対面する側壁の溝(26)(26)にキー(27)を嵌入することにより前記突起(19)を形成し、前記突起(19)により隣り合う硬質ピースの側壁の間に前記目地(18)が充填される隙間(15)を形成して成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐摩耗ライニング材。
