Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 制御装置と、
前記制御装置からの指示に応答して複数の次元で移動可能なワークプラットホームと、
前記制御装置からの指示に従って動作するワークプラットホームに近接するレーザと、
前記レーザによって加熱されたときに溶融する、選択された付加材料を含むフィルムとを備え、
前記ワークプラットホームに取り付けられるワークは、レーザによる加熱を介して各層から付加材料が溶融される結果として、付加材料の連続する層の溶融によって形成される工作機械。 - 前記フィルムは、箔として供給される金属付加材料を含む請求項1記載の工作機械。
- 前記フィルムは、前記付加材料に連結されたキャリアを含み、前記付加材料は、更に、レーザによって溶融されたとき、前記キャリアから分離するように選択される請求項1記載の工作機械。
- 前記キャリアは犠牲層を含み、前記付加材料は接着剤又は静電気の電荷の一つを用いて前記犠牲層に付着されている請求項3記載の工作機械。
- 前記キャリアは第1及び第2の犠牲層を含み、前記付加材料は前記第1及び第2の犠牲層の間に配置されている請求項3記載の工作機械。
- 前記キャリアは更に第3の犠牲層を含み、第2の付加材料が前記第2及び第3の犠牲層の間に配置されている請求項5記載の工作機械。
- 前記第2の付加材料は前記付加材料とは異なっている請求項6記載の工作機械。
- 前記付加材料は前記キャリア中に埋め込まれている請求項3記載の工作機械。
- 動作するように前記制御装置に連結されるとともに、前記制御装置からの指示に応答して前記フィルムを前記ワークに順次供給するように構成された、繰出リール及び巻取リールを更に備えている請求項1記載の工作機械。
- 前記制御装置からの指示に応答して、複数の配向位置の一つに前記フィルムを搬送するように構成された多軸機構を更に備えている請求項1記載の工作機械。
- 前記制御装置は、前記フィルムの以前の使用についての情報を利用して、次の溶融操作のために、未使用部分について前記フィルムを再配置するように構成されている請求項1記載の工作機械。
- ワークを形成するために付加材料を堆積する方法であって、
付加材料を含むフィルムを供給し、
前記ワークを覆うように前記フィルムの第1の部分を配置し、
前記フィルムの前記第1の部分の予め設定された領域を加熱して、前記予め設定された領域で、前記付加材料の前記ワーク上への溶解を生じさせ、
加熱する間、前記予め設定した領域を酸化から保護し、
前記ワークを覆うように前記フィルムの第2の部分を配置し、
前記フィルムの前記第2の部分の第2の予め設定された領域を加熱して、前記第2の予め設定された領域で、前記付加材料の前記ワーク上への溶解を生じさせるようにした方法。 - 前記フィルムの供給は、箔のシートとしての金属付加材料を供給することを含む請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムの供給は、付加材料が付着されたキャリアを有する一以上の半硬質シートとしてのフィルムを供給することを含む請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムの第1の部分及び第2の部分は、それぞれ形状が平面であるフィルムの分離したシートであり、前記第2の部分の配置は、前記第1の部分と平行な第2の位置への配置を含んでいる請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムの第2の部分の配置は、前記第1の部分の予め設定された領域を含むフィルムの未使用の領域を配置することを含んでいる請求項12記載の方法。
- 制御装置と、
前記制御装置からの指示に応答して複数の軸で移動可能なワークプラットホームと、
前記制御装置によって操作され、前記制御装置からの指示に応答して、前記ワークプラットホームに近接する少なくとも2つの軸で移動可能になったレーザと、
金属からなる付加材料を含むフィルムと、
前記制御装置からの指示に応答して前記ワークプラットホームに前記フィルムの未使用部分を移動させる移送組立体とを備え、
前記ワークプラットホームに連結される前記ワークは、レーザを用いた付加材料の溶融によって連続的に堆積される付加材料層により形成される装置。 - 前記移送組立体は、前記ワークを横切って前記フィルムを移動させるようにそれぞれ駆動される繰出リール及び巻取リールを含んでいる請求項17記載の装置。
- 前記ワークから材料を選択的に除去するための工具を更に備えている請求項17記載の装置。
- 前記フィルムは、前記付加材料に連結されたキャリアを含み、前記付加材料はレーザによって溶融されたとき、前記キャリアから分離するように選択される請求項17記載の装置。
