Claims (4)
- 電力変換回路を構成する構成機器を1つの箱体に収納して構成され、相互に直列接続して使用することが可能な単位電力変換セルにおいて、前記箱体内の背面側に前記構成機器の収納されない所要の空所を設けるとともに、前記箱体の背面板に、前記空所に連通する開閉可能な開口を設け、さらに、前記箱体の開口から箱体内に出し入れ可能な構成としたユニットフレームに、電路の開閉を行う開閉器およびその制御回路を一体的に取付けてユニット化したバイパス回路ユニットを設け、バイパス回路を必要とする前記単位電力変換セルの箱体の背面板の開口から前記バイパス回路ユニットを挿入し、前記空所において、前記単位電力変換セルの出力端子に並列に前記開閉器を接続するとともに、前記フレームユニットを前記箱体の背面板に取付け固定し、前記開口を閉塞することを特徴とする電力変換装置。
- 前記バイパス回路ユニットのユニットフレームに、その外周縁に前記単位電力変換セルの箱体の一部と接触して挿入時の案内体となるフランジ部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記単位電力変換セルの箱体の内部に冷却空気の貫流が可能な区画と不能な区画を設け、前記冷却空気の貫流が不能な区画に前記構成機器の収納されない空所を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記単位電力変換セルの出力端子と前記バイパス回路ユニットの開閉器との接続部を、一方の端子の受け部へ他方の端子を挿入して接続を行う挿入接触構造としたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の何れか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
