Claims (20)
- 少なくとも、第一電極及び第二電極を有する第一電池セル、並びに第三電極及び第四電極を有する第二電池セルと、
前記第一電池セルの第二電極を前記第二電池セルの第三電極に結合するための電力接続線と、
前記第一電池セルと前記第二電池セルとの間に信号の通信を行なうための通信線と、
前記第一電池セルに設置され、第一状態において前記第一電池セルの第一電極と第二電極との間の第一電圧を検出するとともに、第二状態において前記第一電池セルの第一電極と前記通信線との間の第二電圧を検出するための電圧検出器を有する監視器と、
前記第一電圧と前記第二電圧との電圧差を算出し、且つ前記電圧差が予定閾値範囲を超えた場合、前記電力接続線の接触点が劣化した旨を表す指示を送信するためのデジタル回路とを備えることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記監視器は第一スイッチをさらに備え、前記電圧検出器は前記第一電池セルの第一電極に結合される第一入力端子、及び前記第一スイッチに結合される第二入力端子を有しており、
前記第一状態において、前記第一スイッチにより前記電圧検出器の第二入力端子を前記第一電池セルの第二電極に結合するとともに、
前記第二状態において、前記第一スイッチにより前記電圧検出器の第二入力端子を前記通信線に結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第二状態において、前記第二電池セルが前記第二電池セルの第三電極の電位で前記通信線を介して転送するときに、前記電圧検出器は前記第一電池セルの第一電極と前記通信線との間の第二電圧を検出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第二電池セルは第二スイッチをさらに備え、前記第二状態において、前記第二スイッチにより前記通信線を前記第二電池セルの第三電極に結合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第一スイッチ及び前記第二スイッチは単極双投(SPDT)スイッチであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記接触点の劣化には、接触点の腐蝕及び接触点の弛めのうち少なくとも1つが含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池パックの操作を制御するための電池パック制御器をさらに備えており、

前記第一電圧と前記第二電圧との電圧差を算出するためのオペアンプ、加算器、または減算器と、
前記電圧差が前記予定閾値範囲内にあるか否かを確定するための比較器とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第一電極及び前記第三電極は正電極であり、前記第二電極及び前記第四電極は負電極である、或は

前記第一電圧と前記第二電圧との電圧差を算出し、且つ前記電圧差が予定閾値範囲を超えた場合、前記電力接続線の接触点が劣化した旨を表す指示を送信するためのデジタル回路とを備えることを特徴とする電池セル。 - 前記電池セルから/前記電池セルへ信号の通信を行なうための第二通信線と、

- 前記接触点の劣化には、接触点の腐蝕及び接触点の弛めのうち少なくとも11つが含まれていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電池セル。
- 少なくとも、第一電極及び第二電極を有する第一電池セル、並びに第三電極及び第四電極を有する第二電池セルを備え、前記第一電池セルの第二電極が電力接続線を介して前記第二電池セルの第三電極に結合されている電池パックを監視するための方法において、
第一状態において前記第一電池セルの第一電極と第二電極との間の第一電圧を検出するステップと、
第二状態において前記第一電池セルの第一電極と、前記第一電池セルと前記第二電池セルとの間に信号の通信を行なうための通信線との間の第二電圧を検出するステップと、
前記第一電圧と前記第二電圧との電圧差を算出するステップと、
前記電圧差が予定閾値範囲を超える場合、前記電力接続線の接触点が劣化したという旨を表す指示を出すステップとを備えることを特徴とする電池パックを監視するための方法。 - 前記第二電池セルが前記第二電池セルの第三電極の電位で前記通信線を介して転送するときに、前記第二状態において前記第一電池セルの第一電極と前記通信線との間の第二電圧を検出するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第二状態において前記通信線を前記第二電池セルの第三電極に結合するステップと、
前記第一電池セルの第一電極と前記通信線との間の第二電圧を検出するステップとをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記接触点の劣化には、接触点の腐蝕及び接触点の弛めのうち少なくとも1つが含まれていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第一電極及び前記第三電極は正電極であり、前記第二電極及び前記第四電極は負電極である、或は
前記第一電極及び前記第三電極は負電極であり、前記第二電極及び前記第四電極は正電極であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
