Claims (9)
- 第1複合材と、
前記第1複合材に接合される第2複合材と、
前記第1複合材と前記第2複合材とにより形成されるコーナー部に設けられるコーナーフィレット部と、を備え、
前記コーナーフィレット部の剛性は、調整可能となっており、前記コーナーフィレット部の剛性が調整されることで、前記コーナー部に与えられる引き剥がし応力が調整されることを特徴とする複合構造体。 - 前記コーナーフィレット部の剛性は、小さくなるように調整されることで、前記コーナー部に与えられる引き剥がし応力が小さくなるように調整されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記コーナーフィレット部は、樹脂材と剛性材料とのうち、少なくとも樹脂材を含み、 前記剛性は、前記樹脂材及び前記剛性材料に対する前記剛性材料の含有率によって調整されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記コーナーフィレット部は、樹脂材と剛性材料とのうち、少なくとも樹脂材を含み、 前記剛性は、前記樹脂材及び前記剛性材料として用いる材料の種別によって調整されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記コーナーフィレット部は、形状または大きさによって前記剛性が調整されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複合構造体。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の複合構造体を翼体に用いた航空機であって、
前記コーナーフィレット部は、前記翼体の翼根部から翼端部に向かうにつれて、前記剛性が小さくなることを特徴とする航空機。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の複合構造体を用いた航空機であって、
前記複合構造体には、開口部が設けられ、
前記コーナーフィレット部は、前記開口部に近づくにつれて、前記剛性が小さくなることを特徴とする航空機。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の複合構造体をタンクに用いた航空機であって、
前記タンクは、長さ方向、幅方向及び高さ方向のそれぞれに直交する壁面を有する長方体の箱状に形成され、
前記コーナーフィレット部は、前記各壁面が交差する交差部において、前記剛性が大きくなり、前記タンクの長さ方向の中央部において、前記剛性が前記交差部に比して小さくなることを特徴とする航空機。 - 第1複合材と第2複合材とにより形成されるコーナー部に設けられるコーナーフィレット部を設計するコーナーフィレット部の設計方法であって、
前記コーナーフィレット部の剛性は、調整可能となっており、前記コーナーフィレット部の剛性が調整されることで、前記コーナー部に与えられる引き剥がし応力が調整されることを特徴とするコーナーフィレット部の設計方法。
