Abstract
Description
樹脂で結着された複数の強化繊維を含む主体部を備え、当該主体部は、対向する端面および対向する側面を介して反対側の境界面に連なる底面を含み、
少なくとも1つの非直交切込みが、前記主体部の厚みを介して前記底面から前記境界面まで形成されている。
前記積層された複数の複合層のそれぞれは、
樹脂で結着された複数の強化繊維を含む主体部を備え、当該主体部は、対向する端面および対向する側面を介して、反対側の境界面に連なる底面を含み、
少なくとも1つの非直交切込みが、前記主体部の厚みを介して前記底面から前記境界面まで形成されており、前記少なくとも1つの非直交切込みは、隣接する複合層における少なくとも1つの他の非直交切込みに対してずれて配置されていることにより、前記少なくとも1つの非直交切込みは、前記隣接する複合層における前記少なくとも1つの他の非直交切込みと連続する線状の切込みを形成しない。
前記非直交の角度は、10度以上且つ20度以下である、付記11に記載の複合膜。
複数の複合層を形成することと、
前記複数の複合層において、平坦面を形成するまたは平坦面に適合する第1部分に切込みを形成しないことと、
前記複数の複合層において、複合曲面を形成するまたは複合曲面に適合する第2部分に、少なくとも1つの非直交切込みを形成することと、
隣接する複合層における前記非直交切込みが互いにずれて配置されるように前記複合層を積層することと、を含む。
Claims (13)
- 複数の他の複合層(500)と共に複合膜集合体を形成するように構成された複合層(500)であって、当該複合層は、
樹脂で結着された複数の強化繊維(502)を含む主体部(501)を備えており、前記主体部(501)は、対向する端面(508、510)および対向する側面(511)を介して、反対側の境界面(506)に連なる底面(504)を含み、
少なくとも1つの非直交切込み(514)が、前記主体部(501)の厚みを介して前記底面(504)から前記境界面(506)まで形成されている。 - 前記少なくとも1つの非直交切込み(514)は、隣接する複合層における少なくとも1つの他の非直交切込み(514)に対してずらして配置されていることにより、前記少なくとも1つの非直交切込み(514)は、前記隣接する複合層における前記少なくとも1つの他の非直交切込み(514)と連続する線状の切込みを形成しない、請求項1に記載の複合層(500)。
- 前記非直交切込み(514)は、当該複合層の長手面(512)に対して非直交の角度を形成し、前記長手面(512)は、前記対向する端面(508、510)の間を、前記底面(504)および前記反対側の境界面(506)の一方あるいは両方に対して平行に延びる、請求項1または2に記載の複合層(500)。
- 前記非直交の角度は、5度以上且つ80度以下である、請求項3に記載の複合層(500)。
- 前記非直交の角度は、10度以上且つ20度以下である、請求項3に記載の複合層(500)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの非直交切込み(514)は、互いに継ぎ合わされた層セグメント(518、520)を形成する、請求項1、2、4、5のいずれか1つに記載の複合層(500)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの非直交切込み(514)は、複数の非直交切込み(514)を含む、請求項1、2、4、5のいずれか1つに記載の複合層(500)。
- 前記複数の非直交切込み(514)は、同一の角度で形成されている、請求項7に記載の複合層(500)。
- 前記複数の非直交切込み(514)のうちの少なくとも2つは、異なる角度で形成されている、請求項7に記載の複合層(500)。
- 前記複数の非直交切込み(514)のうちの少なくとも2つは、異なる方向に配向されている、請求項7に記載の複合層(500)。
- 複合膜集合体(1000)を形成する方法であって、当該方法は、
複数の複合層(1002、1004)を形成することと、
前記複数の複合層(1002、1004)において、平坦面を形成するまたは平坦面に適合する第1部分に切込みを形成しないことと、
前記複数の複合層(1002、1004)において、複合曲面を形成するまたは複合曲面に適合する第2部分に少なくとも1つの非直交切込み(1008)を形成することと、
隣接する複合層(1002、1004)における前記非直交切込み(1008)が互いにずれて配置されるように前記複合層(1002、1004)を積層することと、を含む。 - 前記少なくとも1つの非直交切込み(1008)を形成する工程は、前記少なくとも1つの非直交切込み(1008)を、前記複数の複合層(1002、1004)の長手方向軸に対して10度以上且つ20度以下の角度で形成することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの非直交切込み(1008)を形成する工程は、前記複数の複合層(1002、1004)の前記第2部分に、複数の非直交切込み(1008)を形成することを含む、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
