Abstract
Description
本発明の種々の実施例のそれぞれの特徴は、部分的または全体的に互いに結合または組み合わせ可能であり、当業者が十分に理解できるように技術的に様々な連動及び駆動が可能であり、各実施例は、互いに独立して実施可能であっても、関連関係で共に実施可能であってもよい。
Claims (13)
- 電気活性層;
前記電気活性層の内部に配置された第1電極;及び
前記電気活性層の内部に配置され、前記第1電極上に配置された第2電極を含む、可変素子。 - 前記電気活性層は、電気活性高分子を含む、請求項1に記載の可変素子。
- 前記電気活性層は、エラストマー(elastomer)を含む、請求項2に記載の可変素子。
- 前記電気活性層は、不純物をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の可変素子。
- 前記不純物は、導電性物質、沈殿剤及び導電性物質と沈殿剤の化合物の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項4に記載の可変素子。
- 前記電気活性層内において、不純物の濃度は、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極に隣接するほど増加する、請求項4に記載の可変素子。
- 前記電気活性層は、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極を取り囲むように配置される、請求項1に記載の可変素子。
- 前記電気活性層の厚さは、100μm〜400μmである、請求項7に記載の可変素子。
- 前記第1電極の下面と前記電気活性層の下面との間の厚さ及び前記第2電極の上面と前記電気活性層の上面との間の厚さの少なくとも一つは、0.1μm〜10μmである、請求項7に記載の可変素子。
- 前記第1電極の下面と前記電気活性層の下面との間の厚さ及び前記第2電極の上面と前記電気活性層の上面との間の厚さの少なくとも一つは、前記電気活性層の厚さに比例する、請求項9に記載の可変素子。
- タッチパネル;
前記タッチパネルの下部に配置された表示パネル;及び
前記表示パネルの下部に配置された可変素子を含み、
前記可変素子は、電気活性層及び前記電気活性層の内部に挿入された電極からなる、表示装置。 - 前記表示パネルは、フレキシブル基板を有する、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記可変素子の下部に配置された下部カバー;及び
前記可変素子の上部に配置された上部カバーをさらに含み、
前記下部カバー及び前記上部カバーは、フレキシビリティ(flexibility)を有する物質からなる、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
