Claims (5)
- 裏金層と摺動層とからなり、前記摺動層は、前記裏金層の表面に形成された多孔質焼結層と該多孔質焼結層の空孔部及び表面に含浸被覆された樹脂組成物とからなる摺動部材であって、
前記多孔質焼結層の摺動面側である上層部は、前記多孔質焼結層の前記裏金層との界面側である下層部よりも空孔率が高い摺動部材において、
前記多孔質焼結層は、断面視において前記裏金層の表面に複数個積層された金属粒相と、前記金属粒相どうし及び前記金属粒相と前記裏金層とをつなぐバインダとして機能するロウ材相と、からなり、
前記ロウ材相を構成するロウ材は、ヤング率が120GPa以上であり、前記金属粒相を構成する金属粒は、前記ロウ材よりも高いヤング率を有することを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 前記多孔質焼結層は、前記上層部の空孔率が50%以上であり、且つ、前記下層部の空孔率が40%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記金属粒相を構成する金属粒の平均粒径は、45〜180μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の摺動部材。
- 前記ロウ材相は、Niがベースであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の摺動部材。
- 前記多孔質焼結層における前記ロウ材相の割合は、前記多孔質焼結層の100質量部に対して前記ロウ材相が5〜40質量部であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の摺動部材。
