Description
Claims (5)
- 鋼裏金層及びCu合金層からなる銅系摺動材料であって、前記Cu合金層はBiを10〜30質量%及び無機化合物を0.5〜5質量%含有し、残部がCu及び不可避不純物からなる銅系摺動材料において、
前記無機化合物は、平均粒径が1〜5μmで、前記Biの比重に対して70〜130%の比重であり、
前記Biによって前記Cu合金層中に形成されるBi相は、平均粒径が2〜15μmで、前記Cu合金層中に分散し、且つ当該Cu合金層の厚さ方向をY軸、それに対して垂直方向をX軸とし、各Bi相のX軸方向の平均長さをx、Y軸方向の平均長さをyとし、このx/yの平均が1〜2となる等方性を有していることを特徴とする銅系摺動材料。 - 前記無機化合物は、前記Biの比重に対して90〜110%の比重であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の銅系摺動材料。
- 前記無機化合物は、金属の炭化物、窒化物、珪化物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の銅系摺動材料。
- 前記Cu合金層は、さらにSnを0.5〜5質量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の銅系摺動材料。
- 前記Cu合金層は、さらにNi、Fe、P、Agからなる群の中から少なくとも1種以上を総量で0.1〜10質量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の銅系摺動材料。
