Abstract
【解決手段】射出成形時にフランジ部4の端末位置に設定したゲートGから射出される溶融したメタリック着色樹脂材は、フランジ部4の幅広部5の断面積S1とその下流側の幅狭部6Bの断面積S2とをS1≦S2の関係に設定することにより、幅広部5に対応したキャビティからその下流側の幅狭部6Bに対応したキャビティへの溶融樹脂の流通がほぼ均一、かつ、スムーズに行われるようになる。これにより、幅広部5に対応したキャビティに流入した溶融樹脂の一部がプレート本体2に対応したキャビティ側に向けて溢流して、溶融樹脂の流動がプレート本体2に対応したキャビティ側に斜交状態に流れ込んで乱れが生じ、これがプレート本体2側へ波及するのが抑制される合成樹脂成形品の成形方法。

Claims (5)
- 成形品本体の側縁部に、その裏面側に向けて湾曲した屈曲部とこの屈曲部から側方へ張り出すフランジ部とを該側縁部の長さ方向に沿って連設して形成し、該フランジ部が張り出し量の大きな幅広部と張り出し量の小さな幅狭部とが混在して形成される合成樹脂成形品を、光輝剤を混練した着色樹脂材を用いて前記フランジ部の長さ方向一側部の端末に対応した位置にゲートを設定して射出成形する方法であって、
前記フランジ部の幅広部の断面積をS1、該幅広部における溶融樹脂流れの下流側に隣接した幅狭部の断面積をS2とした場合に、S1≦S2として成形することを特徴とする合成樹脂成形品の成形方法。 - 前記フランジ部の幅広部に対して、前記溶融樹脂流れの下流側に隣接した幅狭部を裏面側に向けて増厚して成形することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 前記フランジ部の幅広部の張り出し量と、前記溶融樹脂流れの下流側に隣接した幅狭部の増厚量とを減少する方向に調整して成形することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の合成樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 前記フランジ部の幅広部を、その裏面側が凹部となる肉抜き形状に成形することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか1つに記載の成形方法により得られた合成樹脂成形品。
