Description

The present invention uses a tile connecting mold used when manufacturing a tile unit formed by connecting a plurality of tiles with a connecting sheet, a tile unit manufacturing apparatus including the mold, or the mold. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tile unit.

Conventionally, a tile unit is manufactured in which a predetermined number of tiles are connected to each other with a connection sheet adhered to the back surface of the tile. By using this tile unit, workability at the site is greatly improved, and variations in the finish due to differences in the skill level of the operator can be reduced.

Conventionally, for manufacturing such a tile unit, as shown in FIG. 13, for example, a mold 101 having receiving recesses 100, 100... For tiles T, T. The tile T before being attached is fitted with the back surface facing upward, and a connecting sheet is attached to the back surface of the tile T (see Patent Document 1).

In general, a tile has various designs on the front surface, and a plurality of strips for preventing peeling are provided on the back surface. There are a wide variety of tile surface designs, including those with patterns on flat surfaces and those with irregularities to create a natural texture.

Thus, when the tiles T, T,. Since the back surface is aligned in the state of being accommodated in 101, the connection sheet can be stuck almost without any problem.
However, in the case of tiles T, T... Whose surface is uneven, since the surface unevenness hits the bottom of the receiving recess 100 of the mold 101 and tilts irregularly, each tile is stored in the mold 101. The inclination and height of the back surface of T, T.
If the back surface of each tile T, T ... has an inclination or height difference, when the connecting sheet is pasted with an adhesive or the like, there will be insufficient adhesion, or there will be a sticking failure, or there will be wrinkles on the connecting sheet. There is a possibility that the arrangement of the tiles T, T.
Therefore, in the conventional formwork 101, it is not easy to stick the connection sheet on the back surface of the tiles T, T.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a tile-connecting formwork that can be easily connected with a connecting sheet even if the surface of the tile is not flat, and a tile that can handle the tile. An object of the present invention is to provide a unit manufacturing apparatus and to provide a tile unit manufacturing method capable of dealing with the tile.

When manufacturing a tile unit formed by connecting multiple tiles with a connection sheet that is attached to the back of the tile, when arranging the multiple tiles in a predetermined arrangement including joint spacing and attaching the connection sheet to the back Formwork for tile connection used for
A mold pallet that arranges tiles before sticking in a state of facing upward according to the arrangement,
A pressing plate that presses the tiles arranged on the mold pallet downward,
The mold pallet has an elastic support member that can support the tiles so as to move up and down.
On the other hand, the pressing plate has a pressing surface that can be aligned with the back surface when all the back surfaces of the tiles are flush with each other.
The tile is placed on the elastic support member of the mold pallet with the back surface facing upward, the connecting sheet is placed on the back surface of the tile, and the pressing surface of the pressing plate is pressed against the back surface of each tile. Thus, there is provided a form frame for connecting tiles, which sinks against the elasticity of the elastic support member, and aligns the back surface of each tile with the pressing surface.

In addition, as described in claim 2, the elastic support member supports both ends of the tile in a bridge pier shape, and a sliding layer capable of sliding the tile on a contact surface with the tile surface is further formed. A formwork for connecting tiles according to claim 1 is provided.

In addition, as described in claim 3, a tile unit manufacturing apparatus in which a plurality of tiles arranged in a predetermined array including joint intervals are integrally connected with a connection sheet attached to the back surface of the tile. There,
It comprises a formwork for connecting tiles according to claim 1 or 2,
A tile placement section for placing the tile in a state of facing upward on the back surface of the elastic support member of the mold pallet;
A connection sheet placement section for placing the connection sheet on the back surface of each tile;
A posture correcting unit that presses the pressing surface of the pressing plate against the back surface of each tile to sink against the elasticity of the elastic support member, and thus aligns the back surface of each tile with the pressing surface;
A sticking processing unit that performs the sticking process of the connecting sheet in a state in which the pressing surface of the pressing plate is pressed against the back surface of the tile;
There is provided a tile unit manufacturing apparatus comprising: a tile unit extraction unit that removes the pressing plate from the back surface of the tile and takes out the tile unit from the mold pallet.

In addition, as described in claim 4, a tile unit manufacturing method in which a plurality of tiles arranged in a predetermined array including joint intervals are integrally connected with a connection sheet attached to the back surface of the tile. There,
Using the tile connection form according to claim 1 or 2,
A tile is placed on the elastic support member of the mold pallet with the back surface facing upward, the connection sheet is placed on the back surface of the tile, and the pressing surface of the pressing plate is pressed against the back surface of the tile. A method of manufacturing a tile unit in which a connecting sheet is subjected to a sticking process in a state in which the back surface of each tile is set against the elasticity of the elastic support member and the posture is corrected by aligning the back surface of each tile with the pressing surface. I will provide a.

When a tile whose surface is not flat is placed on the elastic support member of the mold pallet with the back surface facing upward, the tile tilts on the elastic support member, but the pressing surface of the press panel is pressed against the back surface of the tile to be elastic. When the support member is allowed to sink against the elasticity of the support member, the back surface of each tile is aligned with the pressing surface of the pressing plate and stabilized. Therefore, since the back surfaces of all tiles are corrected to a posture aligned with the pressing surface, the back surfaces of all tiles are aligned on the mold pallet. If the connecting sheet is subjected to the sticking process in this state, the attached state is free of spots and the connecting sheet is hardly wrinkled.
Therefore, according to the tile connection form of claim 1 and the tile unit manufacturing apparatus of claim 3 or the tile unit manufacturing method of claim 4, not only tiles with flat surfaces but also tiles with non-flat surfaces can be used. It is easy to connect with a connecting sheet.

Further, according to the tile connection form of claim 2, since both ends of the tile are supported in a bridge pier shape by the elastic support member, the posture is easily changed as compared with the case where the entire surface of the tile is received by the elastic support member. This facilitates alignment to the pressing surface.
In addition, since the sliding layer is formed on the contact surface of the elastic support member with the tile surface, the tile can be easily slid on the upper surface regardless of the material and structure of the elastic support member. Therefore, since it is easy to align the surface in the state where the tile is placed on the elastic support member, it is possible to determine the material and structure of the elastic support member exclusively without considering the sliding condition of the tile. You can prioritize performance.

[Manufacturing equipment-Tile placement section]
The tiles T, T... Constituting the tile unit TU are placed on the conventional formwork 101 shown in FIG. 13 in the preparation stage so as to face upward, and in this state, the beginning of the tile placement unit 9 is placed. Supplied to the department. The tile placement unit 9 is provided with a suction-type transfer device 14 that sucks the tiles T, T... On the formwork 101 as they are, reverses the front and back, and rotates the horizontal direction by 90 degrees. The tiles T, T... Are transferred onto the mold pallet 15 (to be described later) of the mold 8 of the present invention in a state of facing upward on the back surface in a predetermined arrangement including the joint spacing M.

[Formwork]
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the mold 8 includes a mold pallet 15 in which the tiles T, T,... And a pressing plate 16 that presses T, T... Downward.

[Type palette]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the mold pallet 15 moves up and down the substrate 17 positioned below, the alignment plate 19 installed on the substrate 17 with a gap of a spacer 18 and a tile T. The possible scissors also have an elastic support member 20 that can support the four corners in an independent suspended state.

[substrate]
The substrate 17 is formed of a substantially square metal plate larger than the tile unit TU.

[Alignment plate]
The alignment plate 19 is formed of a square metal plate that is thinner than the thickness of the tile T. The alignment plate 19 has a shape that substantially matches the outline of the tile T and has a through-shaped receiving hole 21 at a position that matches the arrangement of the tile T. Is formed. As described above, the tile unit TU of the embodiment is an arrangement in which the square tiles T, T... Are arranged like a grid with a predetermined joint interval M, and the receiving holes 21 of the alignment plate 19 are arranged accordingly. Are also regularly arranged vertically and horizontally like a grid.

[Elastic support member]
The elastic support members 20 are respectively attached to the upper surface of the substrate 17 at positions corresponding to both short sides of the receiving holes 21 of the alignment plate 19, and the upper surface thereof is substantially in contact with the lower surface of the alignment plate 19. Have The elastic support member 20 is formed by adhering a thin sliding layer 22 such as an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene film to the upper surface of an elastic body made of synthetic sponge made of rubber or resin, for example, as shown in FIG. The two ends corresponding to the short sides of one receiving hole 21 can support both ends of the tile T in a bridge pier shape. Since the thickness of the alignment plate 19 is thinner than the thickness of the tile T as described above, the upper surface (the back surface of the tile T) protrudes above the upper surface of the alignment plate 19 when the tile T is placed on the elastic support member 20. To do.

The pressing plate 16 is a metal plate provided with a large number of through holes 23, 23... And has a size that can cover the entire upper surface of the alignment plate 19 of the mold pallet 15. The lower surface of the pressing plate 16 is a pressing surface 16a that can be aligned with the rear surfaces of the tiles T, T... When all the rear surfaces of the tiles T, T.
The through hole 23 of the pressing plate 16 is provided at least at a corner portion of the tile T, that is, at a position corresponding to an attachment point between the tile T and the connecting sheet 4. In the embodiment, such a number of through-holes 23 are provided more than the number of sticking points, so that the arrangement of tiles T, T... It becomes possible to deal with tile units such as joints.
In addition, positioning pins 24, 24... Project from the corners on the lower surface of the pressing plate 16, while pin pallets 25, 25. By fitting the two together, the through hole 23 of the pressing board 16 reliably corresponds to the sticking point.

[Manufacturing equipment-connecting sheet placement section]
The connecting sheet placement unit 10 is configured to place the connecting sheets 4a and 4b in a state in which the connecting sheets 4a and 4b can be attached, and to place the connecting sheets 4a and 4b in a state in which the connecting sheets 4a and 4b can be attached. The adhesive 5 is applied to the back surface of the tiles T, T... And the connection sheets 4a and 4b to which the adhesive 5 is not applied are adhered to the back surface 2 of the tiles T, T. The sheet supply device 27 is placed on the agent 5.

[Adhesive application device]
The adhesive application device 26 of the connecting sheet placement unit 10 applies the fluid adhesive 5 to the adhesive points on the back surface 2 of the tiles T, T. As shown in FIG. 3, the adhesive agent storage unit 28 provided beside the tile transfer line 7 and the mold pallet 15 on the tile transfer line 7 are routed along the frame 29 between the adhesive agent storage unit 28 and the tile transfer line 7. Coating means 30 for reciprocating and applying the adhesive 5 to the adhesive point.

The adhesive agent storage unit 28 includes a tray 31 whose upper surface is open, and a contact plate 32 that is stretched in parallel with an appropriate distance from the bottom surface of the tray 31. The fluidized adhesive 5 separately stored in a tank (not shown) is pumped from the supply pipe 33 connected to the center of the bottom surface of the tray 31 and reaches a storage level set above the contact plate 32. When it reaches, it overflows and returns to the tank. In addition, a large number of through holes 34, 34... Are formed in the abutment plate 32 while avoiding a place corresponding to the affixing point, and the adhesive 5 passes through the through hole 34. 32 springs up to the upper surface. By doing so, the adhesive 5 having a high viscosity can be spread evenly on the upper surface of the plate 32.

Further, the application means 30 is provided so as to reciprocate between the adhesive reservoir 28 and the tile transfer line 7 along the frame 29, and to be suspended vertically by the horizontal movement body 35. A rectangular frame-shaped vertical lifting body 36, a sliding guide portion 37 that is detachably screwed to the lower surface of the vertical lifting body 36, and an application portion 38 that is mounted on the sliding guide portion 37 so as to be movable up and down. Consists of.
The application part 38 is a straight solid round bar made of metal, and an O-ring 39 is fitted in the middle as an engaging part for preventing falling off.
On the other hand, the sliding guide portion 37 includes a metal support plate 40 that is detachably screwed to the lower surface of the vertical elevating body 36, and projects straightly downward from the support plate 40 and is axially centered. A bolt-shaped guide cylinder 42 having a sliding hole 41 therethrough.
The application portion 38 is loosely fitted in the sliding hole 41 of the guide cylinder 42 and is stopped by being caught by the intermediate O-ring 39 while receiving downward urging by its own weight.
In the sliding guide portion 37 of the embodiment, a plurality of guide cylinders 42, 42... And a plurality of application portions 38, 38. Specifically, it is applied at a position corresponding to the sticking point of the connecting sheet 4b and a single row type (see FIG. 11) in which the application portions 38 are arranged in a line at a position corresponding to the sticking point of the connecting sheet 4a. There is a double row type (see FIG. 12) in which the portions 38 are arranged in two rows. In the sliding guide portion 37, more guide tubes 42, 42... Are arranged at intervals that avoid the grooves 3 on the back surface 2 of the tile T, and correspond to the sticking points from among these guide tubes 42. It is possible to flexibly cope with other tile division tile units simply by selecting a thing and simply inserting the application part 38 there.
Moreover, when the adhesive 5 is an ultraviolet curable adhesive, the connection sheet mounting part 10 is entirely covered with the light-shielding cover 43 as shown in FIG. 9, and the adhesive is placed during a series of steps. 5 is not cured.

The adhesive application device 26 is configured as described above. When applying the adhesive 5 to the adhesive spot of the tile unit TU using this, first, the solid line in FIG. 9 and a part of FIG. As shown in the enlarged sectional view, the vertical elevating body 36 of the application means 30 above the adhesive agent reservoir 28 is lowered straight as shown in FIG. 11, and the lower end of the application part 38 is placed on the contact plate 32 of the adhesive agent reservoir 28. To the original position. If it does so, the fluid adhesive 5 will adhere to the outer periphery of the lower part immersed in the adhesive 5 of the adhesive storage part 28 of the application part 38. FIG.
Next, as shown in an imaginary line in FIG. 9, the coating means 30 is moved above the mold pallet 15 placed on the tile transfer line 7 by the horizontal moving body 35, and the vertical lift 36 of the coating means 30 is lowered straight at this position. Then, the lower end of the application part 38 is brought into contact with the back surface 2 of the tile T and raised to the original position. Then, the sticking agent 5 attached to the lower part of the application part 38 adheres to the back surface 2 of the tile T.
And if the application means 30 is moved above the adhesive agent storage part 28 by the horizontal moving body 35 and the same operation is performed thereafter, the tiles T, T... And the sticking agent 5 can be apply | coated reliably.
It should be noted that the impact when the application unit 30 is lowered to bring the application unit 38 into contact with the contact plate 32 or the tile T of the adhesive agent storage unit 28 is caused by the application unit 38 in the sliding hole 41 of the sliding guide unit 37. It is absorbed by rising relatively. Therefore, not only the contact plate 32 and the tile T but also the application part 38 itself is not damaged.

[Sheet feeding device]
The sheet supply device 27 of the connection sheet placing unit 10 is arranged in an arrangement in which the required length and number of connection sheets 4 a and 4 b are arranged on the tile unit TU in the sheet supply line 44 provided next to the tile transfer line 7. Set side by side, adsorb the connecting sheets 4a, 4b with an appropriate suction device, and place it on the back surface of the tile unit TU after the adhesive agent 5 is applied by the adhesive agent applicator 26. is there.

[Manufacturing equipment-Posture correction section]
As described above, the tile T according to the embodiment has the front surface 1 processed to be uneven, so that each tile T is irregularly inclined while being placed on the elastic support member 20 of the mold pallet 15 upward. .
The posture correcting unit 11 corrects the posture of each tile T, T... So that the back surface 2 of each tile T, T... On the mold pallet 15 is flush with each other. The pressing plate 16 at the end (right end in FIG. 7) of the pressing plate conveyance line 45 provided along with the transfer line 7 is transferred onto the mold pallet 15 in the tile transfer line 7 and covered.
Thus, when the pressing plate 16 is placed on the mold pallet 15, the weight of the pressing plate 16 is added to the back surface of the tile T protruding on the alignment plate 19 of the mold pallet 15, so that it resists the elasticity of the elastic support member 20. Then, each tile T, T ... sinks. Then, since the back surface 2 of each tile T, T... Is naturally corrected to a posture aligned with the pressing surface 16a of the pressing plate 16, the back surfaces are aligned.
In addition, as for the said press board conveyance line 45, the starting end (left end in FIG. 7) is a corresponding position between the sticking process part 12 and the tile unit extraction part 13 which are mentioned later, and in the sticking process part 12, it is connected sheet | seat 4a, After the 4b sticking process is completed, the pressing plate 16 removed from the mold pallet 15 is supplied here. Therefore, the press board 16 circulates repeatedly between the sticking processing unit 12 of the tile transfer line 7 and the press board transport line 45.

[Manufacturing equipment-Adhesion processing section]
The said sticking process part 12 performs the process required in order to harden the sticking agent 5 for sticking the connection sheets 4a and 4b, specifically, sticking the connection sheets 4a and 4b to the tile T. It is. For example, when the adhesive 5 is a thermosetting adhesive, the mold 8 is heated at the temperature and time required for curing, and when the adhesive 5 is an ultraviolet curable adhesive. The time required for curing is irradiated with ultraviolet rays through the through hole 23 from above the pressing plate 16. Therefore, the sticking process part 12 is covered with the tunnel type cover 46 provided with the heater or the ultraviolet irradiation device.
In the sticking processing unit 12, the pressing plate 16 of the mold 8 is placed on the connecting sheets 4a and 4b by the posture correcting unit 11, but at least the sticking is performed on the pressing plate 16 as described above. Since the through hole 23 is provided in the portion corresponding to the point, heating and ultraviolet irradiation can be performed satisfactorily through the through hole 23.

[Manufacturing equipment-Tile unit removal section]
The tile unit take-out section 13 is located at the end of the tile transfer line 7 and takes out the completed tile unit TU from the mold pallet 15 of the mold 8 by an appropriate suction device or the like or manually.

By the tile unit TU manufacturing apparatus 6, first, as shown in the upper left column of the cross section in FIG. 8, the tile placement unit 9 puts the tiles on the elastic support member 20 of the mold pallet 15 so as to face upward. Are placed on the back surface 2 of the tiles T, T... At the connecting sheet placing portion 10 as shown in the upper right column and the lower right column of the cross section in FIG. The agent 5 and the connecting sheets 4a and 4b are placed, and then, as shown in the lower left column of the cross section in FIG. Are pressed against the elasticity of the elastic support member 20 so that the tiles T, T... Sink, and the back surface 2 of each tile T, T. Correcting and sticking the connection sheets 4a and 4b in the next sticking processing part 12 in that state It causes, a method by carrying out that, FIG. 1 (a), it is possible to produce a tile unit TU as shown in (b).
In addition, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 7, for example, a straight brush 47 with a bristled downward is arranged in a gate shape in the terminal region of the tile placement unit 9, and the tile of the mold pallet 15 that is under the gate is arranged. If the tip of the brush 47 is applied to T, T... To give a light resistance, the tiles T, T. Since they are aligned in the same manner, the arrangement of the tiles T, T... Of the completed tile unit TU can be made accurate. More preferably, if the tiles T, T... Are also given a force to slide upward in FIG. 7, the tiles T, T. Since they are aligned on the corner side (upper right corner in FIG. 7), the arrangement of the tiles T, T... Of the tile unit TU can be made more accurate.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, of course, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment.
For example, in the embodiment, the tile placing unit 9 automatically replaces the tiles T, T,... Placed on the conventional formwork 101 with the formwork 8 according to the present invention. The tiles T, T... May be placed directly on the mold pallet 15 of the invention manually.
Moreover, the manufacturing apparatus 6 of the embodiment can correspond to a tile T whose surface 1 is processed to be uneven, and can naturally correspond to a tile whose surface 1 is flat.
Further, in the embodiment, the O-ring 39 is fitted as a locking portion to the application portion 38 to prevent the drop-down, but a metal portion is provided in the middle of the application portion 38 as a locking portion in place of the O-ring 39. A flange may be formed. However, when the O-ring 39 is used as the locking portion, the manufacturing cost of the application portion 38 is low, and there is an advantage that it is easy to adjust the protruding length of the application portion 38.

In the embodiment, the adhesive 5 is applied to the back surface of the tile T, and the connection sheets 4a and 4b are placed thereon. Conversely, the adhesive 5 is applied to the connection sheets 4a and 4b. Then, it may be placed on the back surface of the tile T.

In the embodiment, the elastic support member 20 has a double structure of the elastic body and the sliding layer 22. However, for example, the surface layer of the elastic support member 20 made of resin is melted with heat and processed smoothly. May be the sliding layer 22.
In the embodiment, the tile T is made of ceramic, but other than that, glass, stone, wood, metal, synthetic resin, or the like may be used.
