壁材の表面に目地部材11が露出するため更に美麗な製
品を得ることができるものである。また、打込み用のコ
ンクリート10が直接基台4に接触することがないため
基台4が汚染ならびに損傷することなく長期に亘って再
使用することが可能である。

した場合には凹部3の内形をタイル1の外形よりも僅か
に小さく形成してタイル1を凹部3に圧入させることで
タイル1を凹凸部2を収容させるとともに外周面6の一
部を露出させてほぼ水平に保って凹部3に嵌装すること
ができるが、予め凹部3内に所定量の砂や微細なシリコ
ン樹脂などのような微粒子材12を配置しておく場合に
はきわめて安定よく、しかも平坦にタイル1を凹部3に
嵌装することができる。

ことを特徴とする壁材の製造方法。
