The invention also discloses a fitting method based on the capacitive touch screen, which comprises the following steps: s1, positioning the water glue jig on the water glue machine; s2, placing the sensing piece on a water glue jig, and dispensing on the binding surface of the sensing piece by a water glue machine; s3, placing the sensor sheet after dispensing into a positioning groove on a conveyor belt, and placing cover plate glass on the binding surface of the sensor sheet; s4, enabling the flexible clamping device at the side edge of the positioning groove to clamp the sensing piece and the glass cover plate to form a glass assembly; and S5, leveling the glass assembly.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the laminating equipment based on the capacitive touch screen is simple in structure and high in laminating efficiency, after glue dispensing is finished, the sensing piece and the glass cover plate can be fixed by the flexible clamping device, and after glue dispensing, the glue dispensing does not need assistance of a glue jig, so that the using amount of the glue jig can be reduced; according to the laminating method, the glue laminating process of the touch screens can be completed only by using one glue machine and one glue jig, the demand of the glue jig can be greatly reduced, and the purchase cost of the glue jig is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1, a bonding device based on a capacitive touch screen includes a rack 1, a glue dispenser 2, a glue fixture 3, a leveling machine 4 and a conveyor belt 5, wherein the glue dispenser 2 and the leveling machine 4 are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the rack 1; the water glue jig 3 is fixed on the water glue machine 2; the conveyer belt 5 set up in the frame 1, and conveyer belt 5 set up in between glue machine 2 and levelling machine 4, set up two or more constant head tanks 51 on the conveyer belt 5, the side of constant head tank 51 is provided with flexible clamping device 52.
From the above description, the beneficial effects of the present invention are: the laminating equipment based on the capacitive touch screen is simple in structure and high in laminating efficiency, after glue dispensing is finished, the sensing piece and the glass cover plate can be fixed by the flexible clamping device, and after glue dispensing, the glue dispensing does not need assistance of a glue jig, so that the using amount of the glue jig can be reduced.
Further, the flexible clamping device 52 is an adhesive tape.
As can be seen from the above description, after the attaching surface of the sensor chip and the attaching surface of the glass cover plate are bonded together, one end of the adhesive tape is attached to the non-attaching surface of the sensor chip, and the other end is attached to the non-attaching surface of the glass cover plate, so that the sensor chip and the glass cover plate are fixed together; the adhesive tape is simple and convenient to fix and low in cost, the sensing piece and the glass cover plate cannot be abraded by the adhesive tape, and the later-stage removing is convenient.
Further, more than three sides of the positioning slot 51 are provided with flexible clamping devices 52.
From the above description, it can be known that fixing the sensing sheet and the glass cover plate at three or more sides can make the relative position between the two more stable, and effectively prevent the two from being dislocated in the subsequent process.
Furthermore, the number of the glue dispensing machines 2 and the number of the glue dispensing jigs 3 are two, and the two glue dispensing machines 2 are respectively arranged on two sides of the rack 1; two water glue jigs 3 set up respectively in two water glue machines 2 are last.
According to the above description, the two sets of glue dispensing machines and the glue dispensing jigs can dispense glue on the binding surfaces of the sensor pieces at the same time, or the two sets of glue dispensing machines and the glue dispensing jigs can dispense glue on the binding surfaces of two different sensor pieces at the same time, so that the dispensing efficiency can be doubled.
Further, the flexible clamping means 52 is separable from the positioning slot 51.

According to the above description, the gluing method of the touch screen can complete the gluing process of the touch screens by only using one glue machine and one glue fixture, so that the demand of the glue fixture can be greatly reduced, and the purchase cost of the glue fixture can be reduced.
Further, in the step S4, the flexible clamping device 52 is an adhesive tape; one end of the adhesive tape is pasted on the non-pasting surface of the sensing piece, and the other end of the adhesive tape is folded and pasted on the non-pasting surface of the cover plate glass.

Optionally, the number of the glue dispensers 2 and the number of the glue dispensers 3 are two, and the two glue dispensers 2 are respectively arranged on two sides of the rack 1; two water glue jigs 3 set up respectively in two water glue machines 2 are last. The two glue dispensing machines 2 can simultaneously perform glue dispensing treatment on the sensing piece, and the glue dispensing efficiency is improved.
The laminating equipment of this embodiment only needs a laminating tool just can accomplish the laminating of a plurality of touch-control screens, can reduce the purchasing cost of laminating tool.

The embodiment is a fitting method based on a capacitive touch screen, which comprises the following steps:
s1, positioning the water glue jig 3 on the water glue machine 2;
s2, placing the sensing piece on the glue jig 3, and dispensing glue on the binding surface of the sensing piece by the glue machine 2;
s3, placing the sensor sheet after dispensing into the positioning groove 51 on the conveyor belt 5, and placing cover plate glass on the binding surface of the sensor sheet; the flexible clamping device 52 is an adhesive tape; one end of the adhesive tape is pasted on the non-pasting surface of the sensing piece, and the other end of the adhesive tape is folded and pasted on the non-pasting surface of the cover plate glass. Preferably, the flexible clamping device 52 of the present embodiment includes three adhesive tapes, and the three adhesive tapes are respectively adhered to different three sides of the sensing piece. 1/3 of the tape is adhered to the non-adhesive surface of the sensor sheet, and 2/3 of the tape is adhered to the non-adhesive surface of the cover glass.
S4, enabling the flexible clamping device 52 at the side of the positioning groove 51 to clamp the sensing piece and the glass cover plate to form a glass assembly;
and S5, carrying the glass component into the leveling machine 4 through the conveyor belt 5 for leveling.
S6, removing the flexible clamping device 52 from the leveled glass assembly and curing the glass assembly through the cure line.
In summary, the attaching device and method based on the capacitive touch screen provided by the invention can complete the attaching of a plurality of touch screens by using only one glue jig 3, reduce the purchase cost of the glue jig 3, and thus reduce the manufacturing cost of the touch screens.

s3, placing the sensor sheet after dispensing into a positioning groove on a conveyor belt, and placing cover plate glass on the binding surface of the sensor sheet;
s4, a flexible clamping device is arranged in the positioning groove, one end of the flexible clamping device is located at the bottom of the positioning groove, and the other end of the flexible clamping device extends out of the positioning groove, so that the flexible clamping device on the side edge of the positioning groove clamps the sensing piece and the glass cover plate to form a glass assembly; the flexible clamping device is an adhesive tape; one end of the adhesive tape is pasted on the non-pasting surface of the sensing piece, and the other end of the adhesive tape is folded and pasted on the non-pasting surface of the cover plate glass; the flexible clamping device comprises three adhesive tapes which are respectively stuck to three different sides of the sensing piece;

2. The capacitive touch screen-based attaching method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of: the flexible clamping device on the leveled glass assembly is removed and the glass assembly is cured across the curing line.
