Abstract
Description
以下、本発明のアルデヒド分解触媒について具体的に説明する。
予めCuを担持しているNH4型CHAゼオライト(zeolyst社製、ZD12002AC、SiO2/Al2O3モル比30>)を用いた。
市販のNH4型MORゼオライト(東ソー社製、HSZ−643NHA、SiO2/Al2O3モル比18)10gを0.1MのCu(NO3)2水溶液200mLに添加し、80℃で3時間にわたって攪拌した後、ろ過・洗浄し、110℃で一晩乾燥させた。
市販のNH4型MFIゼオライト(zeolyst社製、CBV2314、SiO2/Al2O3モル比23)10gを0.1MのAgNO3水溶液200mLに添加し、80℃で3時間にわたって攪拌した後、ろ過・洗浄し、110℃で一晩乾燥させた。
・ ゼオライト種:市販のH型ZSM−5(MFI)ゼオライト(PQ社製、CBV8020、SiO2/Al2O3モル比70)
・ 金属水溶液:ジニトロジアンミン白金[Pt(NH3)2(NO3)2の硝酸水溶液
・ 触媒:Pt/ZSM−5(MFI8030)
(比較例3)
・ ゼオライト種:市販のH型ZSM−5(MFI)ゼオライト(PQ社製、CBV3020、SiO2/Al2O3モル比35)
・ 金属水溶液:ジニトロジアンミン白金[Pt(NH3)2(NO3)2の硝酸水溶液
・ 触媒:Pt/ZSM−5(MFI3030)
(比較例4)
・ ゼオライト種:市販のモルデナイトゼオライト(PQ社製、PQ511、SiO2/Al2O3モル比12.8)
・ 金属水溶液:ジニトロジアンミン白金[Pt(NH3)2(NO3)2の硝酸水溶液
・ 触媒:Pt/モルデナイト
上記の比較例2〜4において、用いられるゼオライト種および金属水溶液は、特開平10−309443号公報の記載内容を参照したものであり、その調製方法も当該文献に記載された方法を参照している。比較例2〜4の触媒の調製方法は、実施例1および2および比較例1の触媒の調製方法とは若干の相違はあるものの本質的にはほぼ同一であるとして、以下の実施例1および2および比較例1の性能試験の結果を、文献特開平10−309443号公報に記載された試験の結果と比較して考察するものとする。
上記の実施例1および2および比較例1の各触媒について触媒性能試験を行った。上記の実施例1および2および比較例1の各触媒についてプレス成形を行い、その後に粉砕し、メッシュサイズ28から14に整粒した。
上記の本発明に係るアルデヒド分解触媒を使用した舶用ディーゼル機関の排ガス処理設備について、図2を参照して説明する。
Claims (3)
- CHAもしくはMORの構造型のNH4カチオンのゼオライトに、Cuを担持させてなることを特徴とするアルデヒド分解触媒。
- 燃焼排ガス中の窒素酸化物を脱硝するための脱硝触媒を備えた脱硝装置を備え、脱硝のための還元剤としてアルコールが該燃焼排ガスに供給されるようになっている、排ガス処理設備において、
前記脱硝装置での脱硝反応時に副生する、該脱硝装置から排出される排ガス中に存在するアルデヒドを分解するアルデヒド分解触媒を備えたアルデヒド分解装置がさらに設けられ、該アルデヒド分解触媒は、請求項1に記載のアルデヒド分解触媒である、排ガス処理設備。 - 燃焼排ガスを、該燃焼排ガス中の窒素酸化物を脱硝するための脱硝触媒に接触させることにより脱硝処理する排ガス処理方法であって、該脱硝処理のための還元剤としてアルコールが該燃焼排ガスに供給され、該脱硝処理の際に副生するアルデヒドを、請求項1に記載されたアルデヒド分解触媒と接触させることにより分解する、排ガス処理方法。
