Abstract
【解決手段】ミキサー7は排気ガス流が流れるミキサー断面空間10を囲む殻体8と、殻体8の殻体内壁からミキサー断面空間10内部に向かって突出する複数のガイドブレード11と、殻体8の殻体外表面から外部に突出し、ハウジング2に形成されたストラップ孔に挿通されてハウジング壁体15を貫通する複数のストラップとを備える。ミキサー7は、殻体8の殻体外表面から外部に突出し、ハウジング2に形成されたストラップ孔に挿通されてハウジング壁体15を貫通する複数のストラップを備える。

Claims (12)
- 内燃機関の排気系統用の排気ガス処理装置であって、
排気ガス流路(3)が形成されたハウジング(2)と、
前記排気ガス流路(3)に沿って流れる排気ガス流に還元剤を注入するために前記ハウジング(2)に設けられたインジェクター(4)と、
反応物質と前記排気ガス流を相互混合するため前記ハウジング(2)に設けられたミキサー(7)とを備え、
前記ミキサー(7)は、前記排気ガス流が流れるミキサー断面空間(10)を囲む殻体(8)を備え、
前記ミキサー(7)は、前記殻体(8)の殻体内壁(12)から前記ミキサー断面空間(10)内部に向かって突出する複数のガイドブレード(11)を備え、
前記ミキサー(7)は、前記殻体(8)の殻体外表面(14)からそれぞれ外部に突出し、前記ハウジング(2)に形成されたストラップ孔(16)に挿通されてハウジング壁体(15)を貫通する複数のストラップ(13)を備え、
前記ミキサー(7)は、前記殻体(8)と、前記ガイドブレード(11)と、前記ストラップ(13)とを含む単体シートメタル片(20)から形成される成形シートメタル部材(19)として構成される、排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記ストラップ(13)はそれぞれ、前記ハウジング(2)に外部から溶接部(17)によって接合され、当該溶接部(17)はそれぞれ対応する前記ストラップ孔(16)を閉塞する請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記ミキサー(7)はその殻体外表面(14)において、前記ハウジング壁体(15)の内壁(23)に形成された複数の支持部(22)を介して径方向に支持され、
前記支持部(22)はそれぞれ前記殻体(8)の円周方向にたがいに離間して配置され、
前記ストラップ(13)と前記支持部(22)の箇所を除いて、径方向における前記殻体外表面(14)と前記ハウジング内壁(23)との間に空隙(24)が形成される請求項1または請求項2に記載の排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記支持部(22)は隆起部(25)として、前記ハウジング壁体(15)のみまたは前記殻体(8)のみから、もしくは前記ハウジング壁体(15)と前記殻体(8)の双方から成形加工により一体的に形成される請求項3に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記支持部(22)はそれぞれ、前記ストラップ(13)の領域に形成される請求項3または請求項4に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記ハウジング(2)は少なくとも前記ミキサー(7)を収容するハウジング断面(26)において二段殻体構造を有し、前記殻体外表面(14)が第1の円周部(30)において第1のハウジング殻体(27)に沿って延伸するとともに、第2の円周部(31)において第2のハウジング殻体(28)に沿って延伸している請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記支持部(22)はそれぞれ、前記第1のハウジング殻体(27)の領域と前記第2のハウジング殻体(28)の領域とに形成されている請求項3および請求項6に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 少なくとも一つのストラップ孔(16)が、前記第1のハウジング殻体(27)および前記第2のハウジング殻体(28)にそれぞれ形成されている請求項6または請求項7に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記ミキサー(7)はその幅(32)がその高さ(33)より大きく形成され、前記ミキサー断面空間(10)が扁平形状とされている請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記ガイドブレード(11)は直線状にかつ互いに平行に形成されている請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記ガイドブレード(11)はそれぞれ、一端側が前記殻体(8)に固定され他端側が自立した形状となっている請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 流入側のミキサー領域(36)および/または流出側のミキサー領域(37)の前記殻体(8)は、たがいに対向して配置された第1の円周部(30)と第2の円周部(31)とを備え、
前記第1の円周部(30)は、該第1の円周部(30)から前記第2の円周部(31)に向かって突出する複数のガイドブレード(11)を備え、
前記第2の円周部(31)は、該第2の円周部(31)から前記第1の円周部(30)に向かって突出する複数のガイドブレード(11)を備え、
前記第1の円周部(30)の前記ガイドブレード(11)は、前記排気ガス流の流れ方向(35)において前記第2の円周部(31)の前記ガイドブレード(11)から位置をずらして配置されている請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
