Abstract
Description
一般式(1):
R8−CH2− (3)
(式中、R8は直鎖又は分岐のアルキル基であり、炭素数は好ましくは1〜17、より好ましくは3〜15、特に好ましくは5〜11である。)
で表されるアルキル基である。つまり、O原子に結合する炭素が第一級炭素であるアルキル基である。R1〜R4のうちのいずれか1つでも、セカンダリーアルキル基(R9R10(CH)−(R9及びR10は直鎖又は分岐のアルキル基である。))だと、熱酸化安定性が劣り、スラッジが発生し易くなってしまう。
一般式(2):
無灰系分散剤としては、無灰系分散剤としてはコハク酸イミド化合物が挙げられ、具体的にはポリブテニルビスコハク酸イミド及びそのホウ素変性化合物が挙げられる。
実施例1〜2及び比較例1〜5として、以下に示す基油及び添加剤を表2及び表3に示した割合で含有させた工業用油圧作動油組成物を調製した。
(1)混合基油:表1に記載の3種類の基油成分A、B、Cの混合基油であって、基油成分Aの割合が50容量%であり、40℃の動粘度が46mm2/sとなるように混合したもの。
(3)過塩基性Caサリシレート:過塩素酸法による塩基価が221mgKOH/g、Ca含有量が8.9%のもの。
(4)亜リン酸エステル:一般式(2)におけるR5、R6、及びR7がいずれも置換基としてターシャリーブチル基を2個有する炭素数14の芳香族炭化水素基であるもの。
(5)エチレンオキサイド−プロピレンオキサイドコポリマー:ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーによるポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量が6,400であり、エチレンオキサイドブロックとプロピレンオキサイドブロックのモル比が1:4であるもの。
(6)過塩基性Caフェネート:過塩素酸法によるが255mgKOH/g、Ca含有量が9.2%のもの。
(7)フェノール系酸化防止剤:2,6−ジ−t−ブチル−4−メチルフェノール
(8)流動点降下剤:ポリアルキルメタクリレート
(9)消泡剤:ジメチルシリコーン
実施例1〜2及び比較例1〜5の油圧作動油組成物を以下に示す試験法で評価し、結果を表2および表3に示した。
(1)元素量
JPI−5S−38「潤滑油−添加元素試験方法−誘導結合プラズマ発光分光分析法」により測定した。
(2)熱酸化安定性試験
内径2.5cmのガラス製容器に試料を40ml入れ、以下に示す鋼及び銅の触媒を浸漬し、140℃の回転盤付き恒温槽内に放置し、240時間後のスラッジ量(0.75μmミリポアフィルター使用)を測定した(表中の「触媒あり」のケース)。
触媒材質/サイズ:
鋼=SPCC−SB、銅=C1100P、サイズはともに1.0mm×20mm×50mm
同様に鋼及び銅の触媒を浸漬しない条件でも試験を実施した(表中の「触媒なし」のケース)。
(3)抗乳化性試験
JIS K 2520「水分離性試験方法 5.抗乳化性試験方法」に準拠し、抗乳化性を評価し、油層−水槽−乳化層の量と時間を測定した。
(4)TOST
JIS K 2514「タービン油酸化安定度試験」に準拠し、1000時間後の酸価変化とスラッジ量を測定した。
(5)シェル4球試験
JPI−5S−32「潤滑油の耐摩耗性試験方法(シェル4球式)」に準拠し、JCMAS P 041に規定する試験条件を用い、294N、1200rpm、60min、75℃における摩耗痕径を測定した。
(6)ビッカースV−104cポンプ試験
ASTM D 7043−10 「Standard Test Method for Indicating Wear Characteristics of Non-Petroleum and Petroleum Hydraulic Fluids in a Constant Volume Vane Pump」に準拠し、運転時間を500時間としてカムリング及びベーンの合計摩耗量を評価した。
比較例1に加え、さらに過塩基性Caフェネートを含有させた比較例2では熱酸化安定性試験におけるスラッジ量が若干改善しているが、亜リン酸エステルを含有しないため酸化安定性は不十分である。
この比較例2の過塩基性Caフェネートに代えて過塩基性Caサリシレートを0.1質量%含有させた比較例3では、熱酸化安定性試験におけるスラッジ量がやや改善するものの、まだ十分ではない。
また、過塩基性Caサリシレートをさらに0.15質量%に増加させた比較例4では、抗乳化性に効果のあるエチレンオキサイドコポリマーを含有しないため、過塩基性Caサリシレートの影響を受けて、抗乳化性が劣り、亜リン酸エステルを含有しないことから熱酸化安定性試験におけるスラッジ量もまだ十分に抑制できていない。また、 V−104cベーンポンプ試験における摩耗量も比較例1と比べる改善はしているものの、工業用油圧作動油としては十分ではない。
この比較例4にさらに亜リン酸エステルを含有させた比較例5は、熱酸化安定性試験におけるスラッジ量は実施例レベルにまで改善するが、やはり抗乳化性に効果のあるエチレンオキサイドコポリマーを含有しないため抗乳化性が劣る。
Claims (3)
- (A)基油と、
(B)プライマリージアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛を0.01〜0.5質量%と、
(C)過塩基性金属サリシレートを0.03〜1質量%と、
(D)亜リン酸エステルを0.005〜0.1質量%と、
(E)エチレンオキサイド−プロピレンオキサイドコポリマーを0.005〜0.1質量%と、
を含有し、
組成物中の亜鉛分の含有量が100〜500質量ppmであり、
組成物中のリン分/亜鉛分の質量比が0.8〜2.0であること、
を特徴とする工業用油圧作動油組成物。 - 組成物中のカルシウム分/亜鉛分の質量比が0.2〜1.5であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の工業用油圧作動油組成物。
- 前記過塩基性金属サリシレートが過塩基性カルシウムサリシレートであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2いずれか1項記載の工業用油圧作動油組成物。
