Abstract
【解決手段】板状のヘッド基板1の一面に少なくとも一つの帯状の発熱抵抗体2を設け、該発熱抵抗体2が設けられていないヘッド基板1面1a、あるいは発熱抵抗体2上に貼着したサブ基板の外面を、加熱する媒体に対して圧接または非接触で加熱する、加熱面とした加熱ヘッドであって、この加熱面に、媒体の仕様、加熱装置の仕様などにより適した加熱条件となるよう多様な材料を用いて被覆層8を形成するようにした。

Claims (10)
- 板状のヘッド基板と、該ヘッド基板の一面に設けられる少なくとも一つの帯状の発熱抵抗体と、該発熱抵抗体に電圧を印加できるように設けられる一対の電極とを有し、前記ヘッド基板の前記発熱抵抗体が設けられていない一面が媒体との圧接面とされ、該一面に被覆層が被着されてなる加熱ヘッド。
- 板状のヘッド基板と、該ヘッド基板の一面に設けられる少なくとも一つの帯状の発熱抵抗体と、該発熱抵抗体に電圧を印加できるように設けられる一対の電極と、前記発熱抵抗体上に設けられるサブ基板とを有し、前記サブ基板の前記発熱抵抗体と面する面とは異なる一面が媒体との圧接面とされ、該一面に被覆層が被着されてなる加熱ヘッド。
- 前記被覆層の下側の前記ヘッド基板または前記サブ基板の前記一面に下地処理が施されている前記請求項1または2記載の加熱ヘッド。
- 前記被覆層が、前記ヘッド基板または前記サブ基板の前記一面の前記媒体の移動方向の長さより長く形成され、前記一面の端部で前記被覆層の端部が前記ヘッド基板または前記サブ基板の側に折り曲げられてなる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ヘッド。
- 前記被覆層が、前記ヘッド基板または前記サブ基板の前記一面の前記媒体の移動方向の長さより短く形成され、前記被覆層の前記媒体の侵入側の端部がR面またはC面に形成されてなる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ヘッド。
- 前記ヘッド基板またはサブ基板の前記一面に施される下地処理が、前記一面の前記媒体の侵入側の端部に形成されるR面またはC面の形成である請求項3または4記載の加熱ヘッド。
- 前記被覆層が前記媒体の侵入方向と直角方向の長さで2以上の領域に分けられて異なる材料で形成されてなる請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ヘッド。
- 前記被覆層が、ガラス粉末のコート層である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ヘッド。
- 前記被覆層がめっき法、蒸着法、スパッタ法またはレーザアブレーション法により被着された金属被膜である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ヘッド。
- 前記被覆層が、フッ素系樹脂被膜と金属シートを含む複数層で形成されてなる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱ヘッド。
