Abstract
【解決手段】上側円筒構造物と下側円筒構造物との円筒の軸方向の端面であり対面する溶接端面を溶接する円筒構造物の溶接システムであって、上側円筒構造物と下側円筒構造物との溶接端面に対向し、かつ、円筒の周方向に等間隔で配置された2つ以上の溶接装置と、上側円筒構造物及び下側円筒構造物と、溶接装置と、を円筒の周方向に相対回転させる移動装置と、溶接装置と移動装置との動作を制御する制御装置と、を有し、溶接装置は、溶加材と、溶加材を溶融させる加熱源を有し、溶接端面に溶加材を溶融して融合させて、溶接端面を溶接し、制御装置は、溶接装置で溶接端面を溶接させつつ、移動装置で溶接装置の配置間隔の角度分、連続して回転させる。

Claims (8)
- 上側円筒構造物と下側円筒構造物との円筒の軸方向の端面であり対面する溶接端面を溶接する円筒構造物の溶接システムであって、
前記上側円筒構造物と前記下側円筒構造物との溶接端面に対向し、かつ、前記円筒の周方向に等間隔で配置された2つ以上の溶接装置と、
前記上側円筒構造物及び前記下側円筒構造物と、前記溶接装置と、を前記円筒の周方向に相対回転させる移動装置と、
前記溶接装置と前記移動装置との動作を制御する制御装置と、を有し、
前記溶接装置は、溶加材と、前記溶加材を溶融させる加熱源を有し、前記溶接端面に前記溶加材を溶融して融合させて、前記溶接端面を溶接し、
前記制御装置は、前記溶接装置で前記溶接端面を溶接させつつ、前記移動装置で前記溶接装置の配置間隔の角度分、連続して回転させることを特徴とする円筒構造物の溶接システム。 - 前記溶接装置は、アーク溶接又は高密度エネルギで前記溶接端面を溶接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒構造物の溶接システム。
- 前記上側円筒構造物の側面の位置を計測する側面位置検出部と、
前記上側円筒構造物の上面の位置を計測する上面位置検出部と、を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記側面位置検出部で検出した位置と、前記上面位置検出部で検出した位置に基づいて、前記下側円筒構造物に対する前記上側円筒構造物の位置ずれを検出し、検出した位置ずれに基づいて、前記移動装置と前記溶接装置の動作を制御することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の円筒構造物の溶接システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記移動装置で前記上側円筒構造物及び前記下側円筒構造物と、前記溶接装置とを前記溶接装置の配置間隔の角度分、連続して回転させている間に前記側面位置検出部及び前記上面位置検出部で位置を検出させ、
検出した結果に基づいて、次に、前記溶接装置で前記溶接端面を溶接させつつ、前記移動装置で前記溶接装置の配置間隔の角度分、連続して回転させる条件を決定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の円筒構造物の溶接システム。 - 前記溶接装置は、前記上側円筒構造物と前記下側円筒構造物の前記溶接端面を前記円筒の径方向外側から溶接する外側溶接装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の円筒構造物の溶接システム。
- 前記溶接装置は、前記上側円筒構造物と前記下側円筒構造物の前記溶接端面を前記円筒の径方向内側から溶接する内側溶接装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の円筒構造物の溶接システム。
- 下側円筒構造物の上に、上側円筒構造物を載置し、前記上側円筒構造物と前記下側円筒構造物との端面であり対面する溶接端面を接触させるステップと、
前記上側円筒構造物と前記下側円筒構造物との溶接端面に対向し、かつ、円筒の周方向に等間隔で配置された2つ以上の溶接装置で、前記溶接端面に溶加材を溶融して融合させて、前記溶接端面を溶接しつつ、前記溶接装置の配置間隔の角度分、連続して回転させるステップと、を有することを特徴とする円筒構造物の溶接方法。 - 前記溶接装置の配置間隔の角度分、連続して回転させるステップ、を複数回実行し、
前記上側円筒構造物及び前記下側円筒構造物と、前記溶接装置とを前記溶接装置の配置間隔の角度分、連続して回転させている間に前記上側円筒構造物の側面の位置と前記上側円筒構造物の上面の位置を計測するステップと、
検出した結果に基づいて、次に、前記溶接装置で前記溶接端面を溶接させつつ、前記溶接装置の配置間隔の角度分、連続して回転させる条件を決定するステップと、を有する請求項7に記載の円筒構造物の溶接方法。
